On 24th March I was first position holder for the winning contest of 18 lakh. First prize was 1 lakh pool. Though there were multiple first position winner but I got Rs. 83.46 only on my wallet. This was un expected. When I mailed zupee team for the final winners list, they didn't reply me on.
So I am lodging this complaint.
RTO was not provided....

Zupee application is not opening and working since morning today onwards and I wants to withdrawal the money from zupee account but it's not opening, please help here, otherwise I am going to put the grievance against.

I lost almost 500000 rupees in zupee aap because they are particularly playing the game and today this proved . The player aginst me is ludo team and it have a dp of zupee aap . If this aap is legit they dont allow to play aginst me and they did that it si partial game i think game should have to end i have proof and i will go further . This aap should ban

Sir unfortunately I was withdrawing the amount but it shows to do kyc than i used uncle's driving license then when i adding his account it shows that the kyc name is not matching with bank holder name. Sir i didn't have that understanding because there was not mentioned like this. Now i wanna change the document to add another they are responding that i can't do it or they are not adding my account now my money stuck. They should have to do the kyc as well as bank account together but they did kyc first that throwing error of name not matching sir please help us.

I widrawl 744 rs on 9 July 2022 at 2:40 am but today is 13 July 2022 and costumer support always give same reply and today I go to bank as per saying you to check UTR no and they say your transaction is failed but my money is not refund not in my zuppe wallet or in my UPI account

The question they ask is not answerable because i have been given 10 seconds to do and in 10 seconds my 3000 rupees was at stake. And if i asked the same question to zupee owner and ask them to answer in 10 seconds, they wont be able to answer it. So i want my money back. I lost more than 30, 000 in this game. So i want my money back and i request to file complaint against them...
