Byjus.com — learning application kit cancellation not accepted by byjus

I have taken byjus study kit on 6th december'18 (Evening). I have indicated to return back the kit on 21st dec 18 by email @ 6:15 am (Within 15 day as per their terms and conditions). I had shared the copy of the email to byjus team. Several call i have made to follow u the cancellation but this is not processed. I have paid 8000 rs. As first payment and two instalment is debited from my account so far.

I have sent several follow up mail and made follow up calls to customer care center, but cancellation is not processed.
