Byju's — I want to cancel my subtraction and return tap and materials.

Dear concern,
I am requested for the cancellation of byju's.It is not useful as the counsellor said. I have Paid 5000.and taken 36000 loan for same So kindly cancel the invoice and the capital loan of Rs 36000. please refund the amount 5000. and stop the loan. loan ac no[protected]
Please help us.
