Byju's — Not giving a cancellation for the product I cancel in 14 days | |
Hi I m ershad Ahammed parent of shahinsha I m a customer of byjus learning applications the educational counsellor of byjus learning applications told me that “*There is 15days cancellation period is there you can the use the product if your not interested in byjus product you can cancel the product*” *I saw the samething what the counsellor told me in the byjus cancelation policy* So i trusted byjus applications and sales person is know to me also I purchased for a class of 4to8 at *RS 135000* Educational counsellor told me to pay 5000rs and he told me rest 130000rs will take it as loan so that i you can pay a EMI Of 10833 for 12months Education counsellor convinced me any how !!! Shahinsha is my own blood bother son my brother insisted me that not give a number of my brother wife so *i insists the sales person to give a number he is known person to me so he given a number to use* So i used it *”I got a product on 13th may after using your product *” I used the product for 2, 3days on dat time student is facing severe headache while using tablet He is a migrant patient too On dat itself i called sales person to cancel it he told use for somedays also if not intrested we can cancel the product As per sales person insisted i used the product student is facing severe headache so I cancelled the product in time period were byjus given I called byjus cancelation team for cancellation I m not getting any response from your team once i called your team One *Miss aiswarya* the person spoke to me that problems will be sorted in 2days it almost 60days I didn’t get any response from cancellation team *I called the educational counsellor he told that call to cancellation team again i called cancellation team they told me to talk to educational counsellor. finally now cancellation team somebody will pick the call and says that we will be arranging call back soon and they will disconnect the call since now I didn’t get any call from your side* Nobody picks my call now i m getting a call from byjus finance team for the payment i m not ready to pay a single paise for useless product From my account money is debiting for *the useless product which i m not using* I m calling daily 5to 7times continously for past 2months for cancelling the byjus product I m not getting any response from your side They told me reason dat they didn’t spoke to the student thats why we are not giving cancelation I m telling you clearly if you want i will arrange to talk with student and if you want you people can sent a team to my home for further verification Since 2months over I didn’t get any response from rentension team i need my cancellation updates soon its upcoming 3rd months of my emi i will never pay a single paise for this non using product I need a immediate update for my cancellation I will attach a id card of the student for the clarification U can call the school for further verification I need a cancellation of byjus product With regards Ershad Ahammed [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
