Byjus — registration cancel return money my account

I'am 23jan registration & 27jan2019 was cancelled, byjus reference num 150827 still now processing continued & lone process continued running from bajaj finance a/c no 410rem[protected]. Mr rishab pandey byju staff are very recently sms submit (It has been cancelled&approved from our end) but i decided on 20 march2019 to visit kol byjus office 700091. Mr dadim mumtaj mob ([protected]) assure this mater but byjus are not cooperation
