Byju's — Service for cancellation and refund

I purchased this course of 7th and 8th classes for my brother.
Number +91-[protected]/ +[protected] which is being received by assistant manager Ms. Manasvi Natesh. We have already approached her alot many times since 6th May 2021 regarding the cancellation and informed her that we had received the byju’s package on 28th April 2021 and dropped the cancellation mail on 5th May 2021 and have been contacting her since then yet they are not at all understanding the situation and proceeding with the cancellation.
Her response being “you could have thought about your financial issues priorly before opting for the course “
but future is not predictable and nobody knew that we would be in this situation, yet contacting within 15 days as per your company norms still the cancellation is not happening. I am not asking anything against your company norms. I have rights of asking for cancellation and refund of our amount as we are going through very tough times, still the cancellation process is not completed nor carried forward.

Already 2 EMIs have been deducted and this is hardened money of my father that was secured for medical emergency purposes. We are really struggling hard to survive on that you are making the situation even worse.

Even after explaining the situation Assistant manager Ms. Manasvi Natesh is forcing us to continue with the course and

1. Ma’am has no right to force us.

2. Ma’am is going against your company norms and making her own rules and regulations.

3. Ma’am disrespected me and my family and is very rude to talk, which is completely unethical and it seems to be very unprofessional.

4. The customer service people say -will contact you within 15 minutes and give fake promises but Till date they never call us back. (such a useless)
5. Pathetic service and Unprofessional company.

6. Ultimately, we middle class people are suffering due to Covid pandemic and financial crises. Even after politely explaining everything and following all the instructions by Ms. Manaswi Natesh that is arranging call from the mother, making her talk to the student, yet she says that she won’t cancel it.

7. They are not owning their employees commitments and harassing us and trying to cheat us. I want my complete refund.

8. Till date we might spoken with more than 10 of your employees regarding the same and nobody gives us any clear picture regarding cancellation few of them tell that it is in process and lastly Ms. Manaswi Natesh says that it can’t be cancelled, this is going on and on since past two months (she is responsible for everything and she is dragging this case )

9. This is high time you actually take some action and provide us the exact details of where our case is and proceed with the cancellation, in such tough times it is actually very depressing and torture to us to leave everything and waste our time on just a mere cancellation which is our right to ask for.

10. Hope at least now u give us some conclusion and not drag the case anymore.

11. We have right to ask for our refund.

The situation where father being hospitalised and business being in loss due to pandemic and no source of income this is not in our hand as well and all this couldn’t be predicted earlier.
Without showing any humanity you can’t ask to continue the course when we are clearly stating our problem for why we can’t continue the course.

Lastly one suggestion for the byju’s that no matter who receives our call may it be the assistant manager (manaswi Natesh), or the councellor (Avinash Vyas) or the managers or your call executives all belong to the byju’s and are part of your organisation only.

If anything goes wrong with my family then its byjus team who is responsible.

This harrasment and torture is unbearable. You people are forcing us to take legal action against you.
