We have two cafe coffee day vending machines placed at our office premises and i pay 3600/- per month per machine as a maintenance charge (Total : 7200/-) plus 6000/- minimum guarantee billing per machine (Total 12, 000/- for two machines). The machines have lots of issues. Every week they broke down because of service issue. Even after raising verbal/ on call as well as written complaints by email, no one from ccd bothers to pay attention. Shivanand and arijit are two senior people for pune region and they have been committing to replace the machines from july 2015 over emails but they are so shameless that its now end of january 2017, but still haven't replaced the machines. Every time they give excuses - i was on my marriage leave, i was on sick leave, etc. Can a person be on leave for two damn years? Even if they do, aren't there other people to take care of the job? They don't fail to send bills every month but in terms of service they always forget to do their jobs for which they are being paid. I don't understand how a reputable brand like ccd hire such # to represent their brand who bet on loosing customers. Their employees rather make sure that their customers must hate the ccd brand for entire life Was this information helpful? |
