Canara Bank — I complain about refund relative

My account no [[protected]] customer id[protected] i purchesed a product on amazon on 3 may of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on[protected] of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflective in my account. They have provided the refund refrence no[protected]. I had contact your service provider. They is no proper response hance i mail you

We have more than 10 days from the date of account open, still cheque book not received, we need cheque book on urgent base for some personal reason,

I gave thrice in writing that u need Chequebook very urgently but no response from the bank staff
All are lazy asses
No one wants to do their work

Rusticate and fire out that irresponsible manager and take action against him
