[Resolved] Capital First — Change of banking details not getting updated and no revert on mails or calls | |||
This is to share my bad experience with Capital First that I had given the cancelled cheque of HDFC Bank and duly filled form at your coprorate office in Delhi (Rajendra Place) to change my back account for EMI paymnets. It was submitted in July'16 and till now, my old bank i.e. RBS is reflecting in your records. I had given two complaints so far at your customer care but nobody is bothered to revert or update. My last two complaint numbers are as below 1) Complaint number[protected]Dated 29th July'16 at 6.56PM) 2) Complaint number[protected] Dated 8th Aug'16 at 6.05PM) I will not be liable for any delayed EMI payment because of your fault.Also, will not be paying any bouncing charges. I have take a consumer loan with your bank but still i don't know how much installment i will pay .
