[Resolved] Capital First — Cibil status not updated even after 45 days still showing overdue balance | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have availed a consumer loan from Capital First of Amount Rs.17600/-agreement no 2300129 in July'14 whose last four instalment ( 2200*4=8800/- ) I have paid in advance in order to close my loan as I got transferred to Gujarat and there recovery executive gave me the assurance that I have no dues to pay and my loan is close but according to my credit institution I got to know after one year that my one EMI is pending as they have off set my one EMI against late payment charges of my first EMI which was get bounce, so One EMI of Rs.2400/- was pending which I have paid on 03 May'16 with all the late payment charges i.e Rs8300/- as I want my CIBIL to be clean but it was painful to know that it was not updated by capital first, they confirm me that the loan is in closed status in there record and file my complaint for rectification in CIBIL. My CIBIL report shows that there is Overdue balance Rs.8300/- even after 45 days of payment. And also the status is WRITTEN OFF. I have got the NOC of the same which clearly state that " We are pleased to confirm that there are no outstanding dues towards the captioned loan and the loan amount disbursed under the said loan account number has been CLOSED in our books". I raised the Dispute through online dispute process in CIBIL against non updation of my CIBIL Account status, I Got reply from CIBIL dispute cell that my loan is changed to close, but how can I get my updated CIBIL report, Do I have to repurchase it? and also how much time will it take to get updated CIBIL report as the dispute is closed.Will my points improve? And the most important thing I want to know please tell me how can I remove this WRITTEN OFF status as I have paid in full along with all the charges. When I called the customer care of capital first they deny to change the status from WRITTEN OFF to ClOSED as I have paid in full even when they have not informed me I didn't get any notification through any call to my/alternate mobile number or through email about my dues and about how they offset my EMI against charges.That time I specially asked the recovery agent about bounce charge he just say you don't have any chagres to pay just pay your EMI and your loan get closed in advance. All I want My CIBIL Report to be clean as I have paid all the dues. Sir, My job application in Kotak Mahindra Bank got rejected due to above mentioned just a meager amount of Rs.2400 is ruining my career, Sir please provide your guidance to me.
