[Resolved]  Capital First — fraud - loan amount sent to dsa account and he is keeping that since last 10 days

I applied for a loan and the loan amount has been sent to some other person account.

First time in india
I have been told that by 2nd aug 18 wether i get loan amount in my bank or not i will have to pay the emi capital first.

On 24 of june i got a call from [protected]. That if i want a loan against the car i have from capital first. I said yes. I was asked to provide certain documents i provided all. Then in next 2 days there was a verification of my car, house and business premise. After some 2-3 days i got a call from mr. Upender [protected] who is an employee of capital first. And asked for all the document again. I was asked to come to capital first rajender place office. He took photo copies of all the document (Pan card, adhar card, 6 cheques, noc of my car rc, insuarance and one photograph). For few days nothing happened. I called mr. Upendar for the he said that the loan has been approved for 1, 60, 000. Then i waited for few days then again got call mr upender that the insuarance value is not suffiecient and was asked to get a new insurances. I asked upender that whatever is value i am happy with that. But he insisted me to geta new insuarance. I asked him that i will get the insurances done but it there should be no further delay or objection. He told me clearly that rest all documents are correct and complete is fine the only issue is insuarance value. I got new insurances. And handed over to him. On 15 july 2018 i got a message that a loan number has been approved a/c no 16087585 and i will be charged 5599 as emi from aug month. Next day when i call mr upender for the amount he told me that
The amount has been given to direct sales agent.

This was the first time i was told that there is a dsa. When i asked why i was told that this is the process and asked for original rc and noc from the banker. I provided both again and asked for the time he said once you handover these document within 15 min. He took photo copies of noc and took original rc. When i did not got amount called him he said wait for 24 hours. Next day i got a call from dsa rahul ([protected]) that noc is not right that’s why will not process the payment. When i asked for emi he said i will have to pay that. Or get him in recording from icici whose hp is there on the rc that they will issue me the noc. I told him i need money urgently tell me what all you want he asked for recording from icici. Next day when i sent the recording he asked then he said i will not process on the basis of this recording and asked to me for the “ particulars” of car from the transport authority and then said i will make the payment once i send him the particular. When i sent the “particular” provided to me from transport authority to mr rahul he said this will not work i need new noc from icici bank. I went to icici bank and there i was told it will take 7 days to generate a new noc in this case. I spoke to mr rahul that its been already 25 days since i applied for loan and i need it urgently he said then provide me receiving of the application you have given to icici. When i sent recieveing to him he said this will not work i need few more documents.
I said it’s been 25 days you people are asking me to run from pillar to post. If there is a issue with my document why it was approved you should have rejected that. He told me that he is dsa and he has the payment but if want this i will have to pay the emi and wait for few more days and more documents arerequired or pay the cancellation charges for the loan. Otherwise company will charge me emi.
Fraud:
1. When i called customer care of capital first they told me that they do not have any loan where they give mortgage loan to existing car. And i have been given loan to buy a second hand car. I never asked for this type of loan.
2. When i asked why the payment has been made to some other person i was told that he must be the seller of cars that’s why he has been paid. I would like to tell you that he is a capital first appointed dsa. He do not deals in cars and i have not purchased any car.
3. When i called 3rd time to the customer care for them to know the cancellation charges i have have neen told that there is no why you can cancel this loan you will have to pay 1 emi and forclose with 5 % charges. Means i will have to pay almost 1, 70, 000 which i naver got.

I have not got any product i have not got any payment but still i will have to pay emi.
Dsa who is appointed by capital first is not making payment to me and capital first is asking for emi.

HI,
I have taken Rs.1.21 lacs loan towards bike.

My first EMI was deducted on 2.07.2018.

But again today 19.07.2018 Rs.118 is debited can i know the reason for the deduction.

Please resolve the issue ASAP or else I will transfer my loan to other banks.

As they are giving better service

my loan number is 3286302 and my name is bharath gs, 2.5 year before i had taken loan for my fridge from dept but from my end i have cleard everything but in cibil report it is showing still is active so pls do check nd clear tht immediately on priority.
