[Resolved] Capital First — Payment not updated and applied late fee | |||||
Hi, I have 2 loan accounts 5731890 for which i pay 2000 & 2750. I paid through Paytm but they did not update my payment and kept charging my account and when asked to update the previous payment they did not bother to revert moreover they applied late fee of INR 800. I m not gonna pay any late fee and will also not pay further EMIs if proper resolution not given. contact me ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||||
