I akula ravi using capital first with card number 5417 41 valid from 04/16 04/19 and loan no 7214948.and i took lenovo laptop by using capital first card in reliance digital madeenaguda in hyderabad.and cleared of the entire due amount but last 3 insatllments i am unable to pay by using online, and i requested capital first for alternative mode of payment, they sent their executive for instalment collection i.e on november2016, december2016 and january 2017and amount paid to them but executive failed to pay amount to capital first.and its for their fault i have to suffer and i have all the proofs and evidences regarding payment.kindly look into matter as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
