I had given my car MH 12 LD 868 for servicing on 9th October 2020 and and also did Advanced Cleaning of interior of the car . Also I has free coupons which was offered during Insurance from Honda Assure for Wheel Balancing and also exterior polishing etc. My complaints are as under :- 1. The advanced cleaning where I spent around Rs. 2400 was totally unsatisfactory and improper as there were lot of stains which was observed inside the Car, which immediately informed to the Concerned service engineer, via phone call and by SMS. He had asked to me to bring again the Car which is not desired 2. The exterior polishing was so bad that the ingredients of the polish was left on right side bumper, on the sides of windshield etc. ( Maybe its because of Free coupons of mine and there is not revenue ) 3. It appears that there are no final inspection done after the servicing of a Car is done, which I have noticed while the car was hurriedly taken out by the service engineer, who is more occupied with attending other incoming customers waiting for him with cars. There is no service report given to me with the bill. I am not aware whether the Wheel balancing was done at all. 4. I had asked for repair of the front rt bumper, and reminded the service engineer three time by calls, which initially he said cant be done and when I insisted it has be done, the bumper was somehow adjusted not to my satisfaction at all I deliberately wanted the car to be done properly and kept the car for one more day in the workshop so that everything can be done properly and took the car on 10th October 2020. I had these experience many times and would think twice before giving the Car for servicing to your workshop in future. I hope your will pay attention to the above complaints or I am sure you will lose many others customers like myself. Was this information helpful? | |||
