[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India Ltd — Goyal Motors, Authorized Maruti Service station is Returning Car without Repairing | |||
Hello, This is regarding my Swift Car, Registration No. UP14 AA 3405, which is currently in Goyal Motors, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. I deposited my car in this service station on 29/09/2013, for the fault that the car was not starting up. The technicians invested enough time on the car on that very day, but not able to diagnose the problem. After that they asked for one or two day so I returned back to Delhi. Now after five days of daily followup this is what the feedback I have been getting from the supervisors and technicians form the service center: Day1 - checking wiring (No fault detected) Day2 - checking mechanical part and all (No fault detected) Day3 - again checking all electric parts from scratch (No fault detected) Day4 - checking engine, timing n all (No fault detected) Day5 - Head gas kit check (No fault detected). Since then, the car is left unattended in the service station, without any work done. Still the technicians are not sure what exactly is the issue, and they are doubting on ECM. But as per Supervisor from Solan and Mr. Lalit (Manager Goyal Motors, Shimla), they do not have ECM available in the service station, and can not afford to get it from other service stations. So they are telling me to take my car to some other service station, as their technicians are not able to diagnose the issue after all efforts.
