[Resolved] Cars24 Services — registration not transferred

On dated 11 june 2017. I sold my maruti suzuki swift car at cars24, plot no. 24, dwarka
Sec 20, near toyota showroom, new delhi-110075

You give me information at the time of car sale that, car24 policy is
That the ownership of car shall be transfer with in three month.

But 7 month has been completed, car is still in my name and no step
Taken by car24 for transfer of ownership of that car.

Many time i call your number, they say that car24 will provide you
Information with in 48 hours, but i did no receive any call yet from car24.

Thereby u advised that give me car status and transfer car
Ownership, as soon as possible, otherwise i will take legal help regarding this.

I have gone for appointment earlier so CARs24 executive was in touch with me afterwards for selling of the car .for 11 June 2017, i am not having appointment id .Following are the details :
Date: 11 June 2107 evening
place: plot no. 24, dwarka Sec 20, near toyota showroom, new delhi-110075
Car: Maruti Swift
I have taken appointment few days earlier to the date i can give you that appointment id [protected] (if this works) but as i said on that day i was just going from that place and i have shown them the car in the morning as they have the slot available and sold them in the evening
