Cashbackkart — received damaged and wrong item | |||
Hello sir, i have ordered philips power bank 50000 mah along with jogger bluetooth headset from cashbackkart.com vide order no. Dhcbk 61189318, i have received parcel on 26/07/2018 via ecomexpress tracking id[protected]. But unfortunately i received sony power bank 32000 mah along with damage/crack jogger bluetooth headset instead of ordered product. I am trying to lodge complaint on [protected] / 18 as mentioned in their website. But it didnot connect till now. I have sent email to [protected]@cashbackkart.com, i received reply to take action within 24 hours, but after 24 hours there is not any action taken by cashbackkart. I had ordered a bose Bluetooth speaker from cashbackkart site but they sent me a fake product and now we cant even contact them the product quality is very low they are just making the customers fool by sending a fake products
