[Resolved] CashBean — loan double payment by me and not got refund | |||
This is j swarna geetha i took a loan in cash bean of rs 6900 i payed it on aug 1 2019 i accidentally paid another 6900 on the same day i send mails regarding this about the extra payment but no reply from them i am unable to contact the customer care numbers as they are not working i took loan on the same day so they should automatically pay the loan they dint do that also its already 18 days but no reply from please solve my problem asap i will provide my details below with all necessary screen shots Mobile no:[protected] Company:cashbean Paid amount:6900+6900 Loan id:[protected] Payment mode:phone pe (Upi) Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, cashbean loan amount 5000, (total amount -5750)(iam paid 5761 mobikwik transaction upi @razorpay hdfc bank) august 16th friday. Cashbean account is not received this amount . Cashbean loan my penalty submitted otherwise cibil score penalty .
