The Interest calculation is being done incorrectly. The Interest should have been calculated on the basis of daily reducing basis where as EMI is taken on 10th of the month thru ECS but the same is not taken into consideration for interest calculation. where as their money is counted from the cheque issued and not encashment date. This clear cheating with the customer. My Loan Account No.[protected], Uma Shankar Pandey, Bangalore.
I request the authorities to correct the calculation system and and update my Loan Account accordingly.
