Central Bank Of India — After no dues bank not giving original documents

Sir, i was a loonie of centra bank of india has deposited all my dues and received no dues certificate from bank on dt.09.12.2014. But till now bank is not giving my original mortgage documents.
My account no-[protected] in the name of m/s sony dresses and account no [protected] of sk abrar ali.
I am regularly approaching the manager of the branch but he didn't responded me.
