I am writing this mail to you due to lot of harnessment
My brother mr. Arjun kumar has a family pension from northern railway. The pension orders were released in the month of may.
1. But the bank manager central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh branch don, t informed us about the pension letter.
Even when i inquired about it he replied that he have not received any letter from railway.
Then i asked to the pension officer railway and he told me that they have sent the pension orders.
Then i inquired about them in centarl bank of india (Jeevan tara building parliament street new delhi) branch, where they told me that they have sent the orders to central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh and showed me the dispach number and recieving.
Then i reached central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh and told them to give me letter,
Then after he searched for the pension letter and handed over to me.
2. When i asked how much time it will take for the start of pension, then he replied me in arogant manner that it will take time but does not give any satisfatory answer.
Then after one month when i asked about pension then he mislead me by saying that your pension will be provided by the centarl bank of india gantaghar ghaziabad up main branch.
When i inquired in centarl bank of india gantaghar ghaziabad up they told me that it is the work of central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh. When i further inquired about it in arthala branch,
The bank manager behaved with me very rudely and did not provide any solution.
When i told him that i will complain against you then he said "complain any where you can i don, t care"
Sir, his behaviour is very rude and unprofessional, even when i asked his name he dont even told his name.
Its about four months passed but my brothers pension is not yet started.
Sir my brother is not able to take admission in graduation as his pension is not started. Due to which we a facing a lot of problems
So i request you to please start my brothers pension, and take a strict action against the bank manager for his neglegence and careless behavior. Otherwise i will be helpless to complaint against your bank in rbi, banking ombudsman, and other consumer forums.

My Rupay debit card was not activated for online payment trasection,
