I took a loan for solar penal system in 2013 and all the instalments r paid regularly.
Nabard had issued me subsidy amount for rs 22680 on 06.10.15.
They sent such amount to ur nodel branch Zo, Sco 58-59 SECTOR 17B Chandigarh in acc no:- [protected] Ifsc code CBIN0281186.
The amount is still pending in such account.
A mail was sent by the officiating of central bank, branch muktsar to the abovesaid branch manager.
But no reply and no transfer of payment yet made.
You r requested to look into matter n take the necessary action.

      Dear sir,
      I am writing this mail to you due to lot of harnessment


      My brother mr. Arjun kumar has a family pension from northern railway. The pension orders were released in the month of may.

      1. But the bank manager central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh branch don, t informed us about the pension letter.
      Even when i inquired about it he replied that he have not received any letter from railway.
      Then i asked to the pension officer railway and he told me that they have sent the pension orders.

      Then i inquired about them in centarl bank of india (Jeevan tara building parliament street new delhi) branch, where they told me that they have sent the orders to central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh and showed me the dispach number and recieving.

      Then i reached central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh and told them to give me letter,
      Then after he searched for the pension letter and handed over to me.

      2. When i asked how much time it will take for the start of pension, then he replied me in arogant manner that it will take time but does not give any satisfatory answer.

      Then after one month when i asked about pension then he mislead me by saying that your pension will be provided by the centarl bank of india gantaghar ghaziabad up main branch.

      When i inquired in centarl bank of india gantaghar ghaziabad up they told me that it is the work of central bank of india kailash park arthala mohan nagar ghaziabad uttar pradesh. When i further inquired about it in arthala branch,

      The bank manager behaved with me very rudely and did not provide any solution.


      When i told him that i will complain against you then he said "complain any where you can i don, t care"

      Sir, his behaviour is very rude and unprofessional, even when i asked his name he dont even told his name.

      Its about four months passed but my brothers pension is not yet started.

      Sir my brother is not able to take admission in graduation as his pension is not started. Due to which we a facing a lot of problems


      So i request you to please start my brothers pension, and take a strict action against the bank manager for his neglegence and careless behavior. Otherwise i will be helpless to complaint against your bank in rbi, banking ombudsman, and other consumer forums.

I have already talk with customer care but the said that they resolve the problem within 30 to 45 days. Pls do the needful as soon as possible.

[protected] from atm of central bank of india vidyanagar branch bhopal but no cash dispensed and amount deducted from my account. Branch manager assured the amount will immediately come to my account but the amount is yet to be credited to my account.

                                Dear sir/madam my name is rongsensangla holding bank account in central bank of india, i had a terrible experience with the service of your bank in borivali west pai nagar branch. I went to request for my address change for which they refused to do so and after that i requested them for my bank estatement but they asked me to get it from the branch where i opened it. I don't think to get my own estatement i need to go my own branch, why so many branches of bank in many places i don't think it's required if people need to go their own branches for their needs.

                                    Sir I am very sorry to say that we people suffers a lot with the additional rule and regulation imposed by the employee of the bank. They close the main gate after 2.30 pm daily and donot open the bank for the customer visit after 2 .30 pm .. Plzz help us us sir . you can visit the bank so that you can confirm the issue of the poor people. Hope it matters for you.

                                      My mother had account at your bank and since she was aged came here to gangaikindan branch to assist her to withdrawal amount from her account, we have been waiting more then 30min to withdrawal at cash counter, observed that cashier who's new to job and not to know even system transaction looks is a trainee... Because of that there are more than 6-7 aged people are waiting at cash counter more then 1 hour... Bank need to depute cashier after training... Still are waiting... Pain for old age people whose waiting at your bank... Please look at the same to depute right trained staff at bank
