I, Anand Singh on behalf of my father Shri Dhruva Narayan Singh retired from govt university in 2017. I hereby wish to state that my father having his pension account with CBI (Branch - Sasaram).
My father account is credited by 15th of every month that I don't think a good step by bank delaying money to credit in beneficiary pensioners account.
Also, CBI bank has hold rs 1 lakh in the name of tax from March 2021 itself without any prior notice to customer. Even after 3 months from March, amount is not yet released. Not sure if further to give more amount or bank has simply hold amount just to disturb their customers.
Because of all these reasons, customer satisfaction is 15 percent of Central Bank, India.

CBI bank is worst bank with worst customer experience. Having minimum ATMs that too not working mostly.
I am not expecting any help from you people. Actually I believe no one even notice my mail but I just thought to let you people know people are fed up with Central Bank Experience and please shut down.
