    I had paid a Future Generali renewal instalment of Rs 10000/- against policy no 00481933 using FG app on 02/04/2021.The amount was debited (POS ATM PU 2005 Future G)from my account but no receipt was generated.Please check the matter and reverse the amount to my account

      Hello sir/mam
      i have recieved 23999/- from filipkart as a refund on 23/03/2021 but this amount has not credited in my account whenever i called to my customer care of flipkart they say your refund has been succesfully trnasferd on your bank account and it should be credited till now
      and they have provided a reference number which is (mpt-[protected]) and they also said referance number always generate by bank after succesfull transaction
      when i talked to bank officers they refuse to help me please help me

        सेंट्रल बैंक की सेवाओं से प्रभावित होकर लगभग 15 वर्ष पूर्व मैं सेंट्रल बैंक की जालौन बस स्टैंड स्थित शाखा से जुड़ा था। मैंने 15 वर्ष पूर्व सेंट्रल बैंक की जालौन शाखा में नेशनल पब्लिक स्कूल का करंट अकाउंट खुलवाया था। प्रार्थी शिक्षक होने के साथ ही अमर उजाला समाचार पत्र का कार्यालय प्रभारी व सुरभि संदेश समाचार पत्र (हिंदी) का संपादक भी है। उपभोक्ताओं के साथ शाखा कर्मचारियों के कार्य समर्पण को देखते हुए मैंने सेंट्रल बैंक की उक्त शाखा में स्वयं अपना, पत्नी फरजाना अख्तर और अपनी महिला रिश्तेदार समीना सिद्दीकी का सेविंग अकाउंट भी उक्त शाखा में ही खुलवाया। उपभोक्ताओं के साथ सेंट्रल बैंक के कर्मचारियों के व्यवहार से मैं संतुष्ट भी था। परंतु पिछले कुछ समय से सेंट्रल बैंक की स्थानीय शाखा के साथ जो कर्मचारी जुड़े हैं, उनका उपभोक्ताओं के साथ व्यवहार दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण तरीके से अभद्रतापूर्ण है। जिसका शिकार दिनांक 23 मार्च 2021 को मैं भी हुआ हूं।

        मुझे दिनांक 23 मार्च 2021 को अपनी महिला रिश्तेदार समीना सिद्दीकी के अकाउंट नंबर [protected] में 3000 हजार रुपये भेजने थे। जिसके लिए मैं जालौन बस स्टैंड स्थित सेंट्रल बैंक की शाखा में सायं 3 बजकर 35 मिनट पर पहुंचा। उस समय जमा/निकासी काउंटर पर 5 लोग लाईन में खड़े थे। डिपाॅजिट फाॅर्म भरकर मैं भी पीछे लाईन में खड़ा हो गया। 25 मिनट इंतजार के बाद मेरे आगे एक व्यक्ति एवं उसके बाद मेरा नंबर था। इसी दौरान एक महिला भी वहां आ गई। उक्त महिला ने विड्रावल फाॅर्म काउंटर पर जमा किया। महिला होने के नाते किसी ने इसका संज्ञान नहीं लिया। काउंटर पर बैठे कैशियर ने जैसे ही महिला का विड्रावल फार्म लिया तभी वहां ठीक 4 बजे एक युवक रुपये जमा करने के लिए आया और उसने डिपोजिट फाॅर्म कैशियर को पकड़ाया। जिसके बाद कैशियर ने महिला समेत अन्य सभी उपभोक्ताओं के कार्य को छोड़कर अंत में आए उपभोक्ता के रुपये गिनना शुरू कर दिए।

        उक्त दृश्य को देखकर जब मैंने ऐतराज जताते हुए कहा-‘‘सर जी ! यह गलत बात है कि हम लोग लगभग आधा घंटे से काउंटर पर लाईन में खड़े हैं और हमारा कार्य न करके आप अंत में आने वाले व्यक्ति को बिना एक मिनट भी रोके हुए उसका कार्य करने लगे।’’

        कैशियर ने जबाव दिया-‘‘शाखा में कार्य मेरे हिसाब से होगा। ‘बकचोदी’ न करो, ज्यादा ‘बकचोदी’ की तो एक घंटा और खड़ा रखूंगा।’’

        मैंने कहा-‘‘ कम से कम उपभोक्ताओं के साथ शब्दों का चयन तो सही करें। गाली का प्रयोग क्यों कर रहे हैं आप। इससे उपभोक्ताओं के समक्ष बैंक की छवि को नुकसान पहुंचेगा।’’

        कैशियर ने कहा-‘‘हमें न सिखाओ, ज्यादा बोले तो बाहर भगा दूंगा, या फिर पुलिस बुलाकर तुम्हारी ‘गांड’ तुड़वा दूंगा।’’

        (ध्यान देने योग्य है कि उक्त वार्तालाप अक्षरशः लिखा गया है और उस समय काउंटर पर लगभग 3 बैंक के उपभोक्ताओं के साथ ही महिला उपभोक्ता भी मौजूद थी। उक्त अभद्रतापूर्ण और गाली, गलौज से भरी वार्ता को कैशियर महोदय ने महिला उपभोक्ता की उपस्थिति में ही कहा। उन्हें यह भी ख्याल नहीं आया कि महिला के सामने वह किसी भाषा का प्रयोग कर रहे हैं। कैशियर महोदय की उक्त अभद्र भाषा को आप बैंक में लगे सीसीटीवी फुटेज में भी अक्षरशः चैक कर सकते हैं। अथवा 4 बजे के आसपास लेन देन करने वाली जो महिला व अन्य व्यक्ति मोजूद थे उनसे भी जानकारी की जा सकती है)

        बहरहाल, कैशियर महोदय के तेवर और अपमानजनक भाषा को सहकर भी मैं अपना काम पूरा कराने के चक्कर में चुप हो गया। अन्यथा वह मेरे साथ हाथापाई अथवा मां बहन की गाली भी दे सकते थे। रुपये जमा कराने के उपरांत मैं शाखा प्रबंधक (केबिन में न तो कैशियर की नाम पट्टिका थी और न ही शाखा प्रबंधक की नाम पट्टिका थी इसलिए नाम मालूम नहीं है) से मिला और कैशियर के अभद्रता पूर्ण व्यवहार की जानकारी देकर जब उनसे शिकायत पुस्तिका मांगी तो उन्होंने शिकायत पुस्तिका शाखा में उपलब्ध न होने की बात कही।

        परंतु शिक्षक जैसे प्रतिष्ठित पद के रुप में एक उच्च शिक्षित व्यक्ति द्वारा अपने लिए अपमानजक भाषा और गाली, गलौज सुनकर मेरा हृदय अपमानबोध से छलनी हो गया। जिसके बाद मैंने अपना दुख आपसे साझा करने की कोशिश की है। जिन 100 से अधिक सालों में सेंट्रल बैंक आॅफ इंडिया ने जो सामाजिक छवि बनाकर उपभोक्ताओं का भरोसा जीता है, उक्त जैसे कर्मचारी आपकी बैंक की शाखा को बट्टा लगाने में 100 सेकेंड भी नहीं लगाएंगे।

        महोदय, मैंने अपनी पीड़ा आपसे व्यक्त की है। अब मेरे स्थान पर आप स्वयं को रखकर देखें और यदि आपके साथ कोई इस प्रकार व्यवहार करता तो आप अधिकारियों से क्या अपेक्षा रखते, बस वही अपेक्षा मुझे आपसे है। आपके द्वारा की जाने वाली उचित कार्रवाई की मुझे प्रतीक्षा रहेगी।

Sir i have returned the bike cover and amazon initiated the refund on 18/02/2021, but i have not get it till now, they have provided Reference no[protected].               I transferred 170 rupees through Cent Mobile app using IMPS but its not credited to receiver account and the money got deducted from my account My Transaction number is[protected] and my account number is [protected] customer care does not respond to my complaint. It has been 30 hours since it happened. I haven't got my money back.

Actually maine 06/03/21 ko central bank ke debit card se ek transaction kiya tha amount Rs 1431 ka jo ki fail hi gaya tha pr fir bhi mere account se amount minus ho gaya tha. Waise to 24 hours me amount refund ho jata h par abki bar mera amount abhi tk refund nai hua hai.
                                  Please ap check karke mujhe is mail ka reply jarur kare or jaldi se jaldi mera refund krane ki kripa kare.

                                      I fill an exam form of rdvv yesterday, with an amount of 4650₹, the form registration was failed, but the amount was debited from the account, I've just 7 hours, to pay the fee now, otherwise I would have to pay late fees of 2000₹.
