My parents had a housing loan with central bank of india and they were making monthly payments promptly of rs 10, 000.

In march 2017, central bank of india came up with an offer to have the loan settled for certain amount (Rs 5, 60, 000). My parents planned to pay this amount over a period of 5 months since we a middle class family and cannot afford a huge sum of money at once and bank agreed for having the loan paid in 5 months with first installment: rs 1, 20, 000
Second: rs 1, 10, 000
Third: rs 1, 10, 000
Fourth: 1, 10, 000
Fifth: 1, 10, 000

Although my parents paid off the money by july 2017 promptly as agreed, central bank of india is playing cheap tricks now and not giving the house document back. They are saying that they need to make some calculations and have been making lame excuses. This is november 2017 and nothing has been done on the document yet.

I request the department to help my parents as they are old and deprived. They cannot roam back and forth to bank everyday.
