[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — money not credited to beneficiary

I made a transaction from google pay on 17/11/2018 at 08:37am of rs.8275 from my central bank of india bank acc no.[protected]. The upi transaction id for the same is[protected] and the google transaction id is cicagkdcw7faoa. The app is showing that the amount is credited to the beneficiary account but the beneficiary has not received any amount, the account no. For the beneficiary is [protected] (Andhra bank, vashi).

Updated by jalan ayush Its been 64 days since i have complaint and since then no response has been recieved from your side and now i am forced to move my case towards higher authority because of your inability.

Today I had transfer amount by IMPS Service.
Amount Debited from account but IMPS not Completed and not message appear and not credited back.

Today My transaction got failed Amount has been detected from my Central bank of india saving account and I didn't receive cash from nearest BOI ATM
Transaction Amount was 10000 Rs.
