Central Bank Of India — Non receipt of my staff family pension

I am wife of late Shri Baikunth Nath Chaturvedi and getting staff family pension from Central Bank of India Ashiana branch Lucknow, through SB a/c no [protected]. My employee no is 12834. In this subject I would like to inform you that I have submitted my life certificate in Central Bank Ashiana br. Lucknow on 03.11.2015. But, I have not received my pension for Dec15 Jan16 and Feb16. Even after repeated requests/reminders by me and continuous follow up by central bank ashiana br. lucknow, the pension is not credited to my SB a/c no [protected] by staff pension department of Central Bank of India Mumbai, till today. As I am facing very much financial problems because of non receiving of my staff family pension since last three months, please credit entire amount of staff family pension for Dec15, Jan16 and Feb16 to my SB a/c no [protected] with Central Bank of India Ashiana br. Lucknow immediately and ensure continuous payment of my pension in future also.
