What I can do my school is not listening me fir my subject issue

Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the issue of Transfer Certificate from my previous school (Evergreen public school - Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi).

I am currently a student of 9th class and was with the above mentioned EPS school till 8th class in 2020. In this session[protected], due to an internal dispute between my parents, I decided to move from Delhi with my mother, to a safe environment in Dehradun. For this reason my mother and I applied for a TC from Evergreen public school.

In the meanwhile my father has asked EPS to keep the TC on hold, which the school is complying with. This has caused great mental pressure on me since I need to submit the TC with any new school to continue my education.

I want to highlight some points in this matter:
1. We have applied for TC from Evergreen public school 2 months back and have been continuously reaching out to them for the same
2. I have not attended any class with the Evergreen Public school in this session i.e. Zero attendance in the session 2021
3. Evergreen public school is claiming that since they are receiving school fee they cant issue the TC but they are not concerned if the student is attending their classes or not

Since the dispute between my parents has been ongoing for a decade now and I am not sure how long will it take to conclude, I humbly request you to please grant me the required Transfer certificate such that I can continue my education in a safe environment as its very important for my mental/physical wellbeing and future career.

Kindly grant me migration certificate of class 10 .

I am a student and I have recently got admission in Bhavan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh. I completed my 10th grade from Delhi World Public School, Zirakpur. Our teachers recently told us that our result will be based on this: "The historical performance of the school, in terms of the best overall performance in the previous three years' Board examination, will be taken as the reference for moderating the marks assessed by the school." These are the exact lines written in the official CBSE document. Also, in our school, we were the second batch of 10th grade and our teachers too had expectations from us but because of this decision the students who were scoring 90+ are now just 80 to 85+ all just because of our previous 10th grade. My question to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is that, why should we suffer because of our previous 10th grade. Our marks and percentage should be given on the basis of our hard work and all those papers which happened during the pandemic, but the truth is that we are suffering because of this decision. Because it can affect our future too.
I request you to kindly rethink on the decision. I hope you will make some amendments in the decision.

Virtual Classes The New Normal for 18.5.21 10 am to 11 am. I paid the fees for the same and received the reference Id F [protected]. The centre did not provide me any link to join.
Kindly help to resolve the issue.

I would like draw your attention towards one of the cbse afflited school in our locality
Afitya birla public school is doing such a shameful act that is harming a number of students studying there.
As you know due to pandemic 10 th boards are cancelled abd they started their 11th class but they are not giving the right to choose the stream to students but themselve are deciding that he/she is good in studies will get science stream others can go to commerce.
My sister is studying in the same school since class 4th and now she wants take PCB as her main stream but they forcing her to persue commerce and not allowing her to choose what she wants.
I request you please take action on this.

I am a student of class 12 science student studying in a private school and as many of you know we don't really go to school in class 11 and class 12 because we need to study for JEE/NEET so our attendance in school is actually zero. so due to the current covid status government is considering to cancel 12th standard exams and might judge people on internal assessment which might seem like a good idea but this also gives some people unfair advantage over others since the school I am studying in has never made it mandatory for us to give exams so they are trying to cover this up by taking our preboards now so they can have some document to show to CBSE and they decided that these marks of preboard will actually be our board exams which is blasphemous because it would be the same as giving boards online while the school in which my friend is studying in the same city is not asking them to give pre boards even though they haven't given any tests either. This is really unfair to me since my online entrance exams is at the same time as my preboards which are actually my boards giving me not enough time to revise and take these tests. Of course this is only if cbse scraps class 12th and considers internal assessment if it happens please consider my situation.

I am Father of Anuj kumar, who is currently studying in Patliputra central school, Beur Patna. Yesterday, this school's principal called us for fee. Today we went to pay the fee but he's not accepting payment via cheque. Principal and his staff is mentally harrassing us and saying to deposit the cheque in the bank. In lockdown, we're unable to go to the bank. He's asking for cash payment but due to lockdown we're unable to arrange cash. He misbehaved too. We asked for online payment but he clearly refused to give their bank details.
Kindly look into this matter

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL KOTA HATHRAS. which is trying for affiliation but it does not paid the salary of teacher from before lockdown and after that he did not pay for offline class of March April. According to him he paid 10 lack as donations in 2020 and in present 8 lack as donations for affiliation so they have no need to pay salary and no one take action so please I request you please take a proper action that all teacher could receive their salary. And you also take more donations. I fully support you as your favour and my husband also a teacher as without salary in this school as he is a major heart patient also plese help me. If you have not take a proper action I apply for cm site and PM site thanku

My school declared 11th admitted students on 1st week of may, after every schools admission date got over and now I have no option for my studies.

I am a student of medical of 12th class in RSD Raj Rattan Public School, makhu gate, Ferozepur city, Punjab.I want to say that our school is increasing fees during this pandemic.Last year the medical fees was 2260/month but now they have increased the fees by 3300/month.Due to lockdown my parents are unable to go for work and pay my fees.The online classes have been stopped for the students who have not pay the fees also the school teachers does not send the link of online classes to those students who have not pay the fees.

My daughter Akshara Tushar Jagtap is a student of Gaikwad patil international school Dongargaon Nagpur This is regarding the claim for medical treatment for teeth broken in horrible bus accident happened in 2018.
I requested principal of Gaikwad patil international school to sanction the expenses for replacing the teeth of my daughter Akshara Tushar Jagtap broken during the unimaginable bus accident occurred in 2018 as consulted with the dentist in 2018, he advised that teeth procedure can be done only which reaches the age of 12 years. She has completed 12 years now, need to consult the dentist and get the medical treatment to correct the teeth broken. The principal madam had upfront told school will not bear any expenses now.
I want some to look into the issue on priority.

Helo cbse i am a student of step by step school udaipur rajasthan my complaint about my school is that they are conducting exams in the time when they should give summer holiday they are not giving summer holiday and conducting the exam .exam date 14 may to 26 may thanks

I am a student of class 12 batch 2020-21 and like all other students same i am worried about our examination as we all are well aware about covid situation but it affects our future if we neglecting education, situation might take long time to get resolved but we have to co-operate with each other . nowadays every student feel massive pressure not only regarding studies but for admission and fees as well, you can help students by giving them relief from one place.
I am here only to request you to clear about the exam details and datesheet, i hope you can help all o[censored]s.
