I am a student right now and using reliance gsm (smart reliance) for about 2 to 3 years down the line, but my experience is horrifying. Their is deduction of main balance unnecessarily approximately more than Rs 1000/-. And every time I ask for a reason to the customer care executive they say "Our server is under maintenance. Please call after sometime." They just register my number and send me a compliant booking number. This time it was a huge surprise for me. Day before yesterday I recharged Rs 20/- as a top-up and Rs 37/- which was free unlimited facebook, browsing, twitter and whatsapp. I was in a meeting in college and surprisingly when I tried to reach my mother it was saying insufficient balance. When I rechecked my balance it was Rs. 14.57/- only. I thought that there might be some network problem. Later at night when I tried to reach my friend it was the same quotation as before. I rechecked once again my balance and surprisingly it was Rs. 0.010/-. When I asked for the reason to the customer care executive they said it was deducted for internet browsing, but as I said before I recharged with Rs. 37/-. When I further queried about it they said I cannot say anything about it because our server cannot not take out any information. Today once again I recharged with top-up Rs. 50/- but there you go. my balance is Rs. 0.010/- I checked if their is any subscription in my number, but "Dear Customer You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs." I am a student and wasting my money in this way. In other ways it can be said Reliance Smart is robbing people. "Bhik manglo yaar, khusi sey dey denge!" I will have to port my number to some other network, preferably airtel or vodafone if the same goes on. My Number: +[protected]

Sir, I am avinash from bangalore, I purchased a Hindustan Unilever pure it marvell ro water purifier, first of all it took them 3 weeks to come home and pretend to Install it, everytime they come home they say something is missing and don't come back for another week, since nobody stays at home for these fools to do their dirty worwork, it's been 3 months and we still don't have drinking water, .they have the worst after sales service.

I have noticed that my Son's +1 Portions were finished by December 2013 and the final examination was conducted on January 13/2014 finishing the Academic Year in 8 months (June 6th-January 27th), But the school website(which is Daily updated) says that the Academic session Period is from the month of JUNE to the month of MARCH.Only two term exams were conducted one in the month of July and another in the month of October.there was no model exam or revision for the final examination was give to the students.

The classes starts at 8:45 am Sharp instead of 9:30 am.

The school website says that the Tuition fees is 6000/- Rs + 1600/- Rs others(not specified) per year not per term for +1 but the school has collected an amount of 11600/- in the first term, 6000/- in the second term and another 6000/- for the last term.Giving false details to the parents

cbse has started psa exam for class 11 for which the syllabus is math, science and english. i do not find any logic in this exam. 11 commerce students have to also give the exam of science and maths. it is a complete waste of time. if students fail in first attempt then they have to again give the exam in their 12 class. now students will concentrate on their 12 board exams or this rubbish exam. moreover no marks will be given of this exam just a certificate stating that the student has appeared for this exam. i request cbse to stop this exam and let students concentrate on their future. I have my lost my cbse 10th class marksheet. I have passed my 10th in the year of 2002 from agra public school agra (Up). I dont know the procedure of getting them back.Pleas help me by telling the procedure of getting my original marksheet back.As soon as possible thankyou.

Dear Sir/Madam, I, Kaushik Sadhu, had applied for my passport on[protected]. (File No. : CA[protected], ARN number:- 13-[protected]) Date of birth: 9th december 1991). Since last couple of months the passport status is showing "Pending for physical police verification at your respective Thana under Commissioner of Police, District Bardhaman". The problem is, I am a permanent resident of Durgapur, Burdwan district. But by mistake the police verification respective police station has been entered as Budbud, instead of New township Police Station, Durgapur. When I called up Budbud police station, they are not responding to my file number and saying to contact DIB, Burdwan. I have called up PSK, Kolkata too, they are saying to contact RPO, Kolkata. What should i do? Please help me. I shall be highly obliged if the case is being looked upon as I am in urgent need of the passport. As far my knowledge it should not take so much time in issuing the passport. I had sent an application for duplicate mark sheet of class X and XII on 9th september 2013. I received the mark sheet of X on 30th september but have not received XII mark sheet till now.It's been 45 days.I had send separate drafts and application for each on the same day.The drafts were for urgent basis (245 each).In urgent basis scheme one must get the mark sheet in 15-18 working days.It is now 45 days.I mailed them, faxed them and called them but no response received. The copy of mail and fax are Respected Sir I had sent an application form with drafts of 245 each for my duplicate X (1989)and XII (1990) mark sheets on 9th September 2013. I have received mark sheet of X class on 30 September but have still not received the XIIth class mark sheet. Please let me know whether it has been dispatched from your side or not. If dispatched then I will contact my postman for the same and if not yet please let me know how much time it may take. My roll number is 1213840, Class XII passed in 1991. I am not able to understand the concept behind open book test. The test already conducted by u based on FA and SA using key words is giving lot of pressure on kids already. and now u have introduced PSA concept too and value based questions. Whats an idea behind this i am not able to understand. Even a studious child is going to loose marks on this. I genuinely feel this concept should be removed as the board exams itself is giving lot of pressures to kids and now u r giving extra pressures on kids by bringing this open book concept.

Sir/ Madam, I am writing this as a grievance; that an admission to Lower Kinder Garden was refused by a CBSE School in Kochi / Kerala, based on grounds not prescribed by the CBSE office- New Delhi. The Interview Board refused admission quoting the reason that my son’s age is earlier for him to join LKG; as CBSE rules stipulates an age of 3.5 years on 1st June 2014. In fact, my son was only 26 days short of being 3.5 years. We were not expecting that his admission would be rejected based on Date of Birth. His quotient of intelligence in the interview was well above the mark. I checked this matter with CBSE Head Office in New Delhi. The officer informed that there is no rule with CBSE for admission to lower Classes. CBSE got the policy limiting the age only for Class 9th, 10th & 12th. With the above action taken by school, we wish to express our concern that our son will be missing a curriculum year for a shortage of 26 days; if he is told to join LKG in the year 2015. This is in regard to my non functioning aakash tablet I had booked an aakash tablet in 2011 when it was just launched because of it features and the most important thing it was supposed to be useful for students . I booked it online but later I lost all hope of receiving it . Later in 2013 I got a call from data wind telling me about the tablet . They kept calling me everyday pestering me to purchase it finally I purchased it because it was supposed to be helpful to students . It arrived on the 26 of July in the afternoon the courier guy who had brought had kept the piece right At the bottom of his bag under many boxes . Later I switched it on it began to hang the battery started going low very fast it would even go off on its own . I thought maybe its new so it would take time to configure . The dongle also wouldn't connect after trying to connect the dongle on various occasions it wouldn't connect . Then later one day o switched it on n the screen began to show white line . I immediately contacted the customer care helpline but no one answered my call later I sent an email to datawind they got back to me and asked me to go to the service centre which is aastha enterprises at bhyandar west which is very far from where I reside . On reaching the Service centre they told me it was a physical damage and that i woud hav to pay for repairing it even though the tab is just a month old and is still in warranty this came as a shock to me because there hasn't been any damage caused from my side . After asking the service centre guy as to what is the physical damage he just kept saying physical damage you have to pay he jus looked at it and gave the verdict .i refused to pay for fixing it I went back home and contacted customer care they dint answer my call so I sent them an email they reverted by sayin they would get back within 48 hours there wasn't any call back after 48 hours I again sent an email and got te same reply but yet no call from datawind later I from my side called and told them my issue and I requested for a refund of the money they told me that they would contact the service centre and get back to me by 6 in the evening I kept waiting for a call but no reply came from data wind I again called the customer care and spoke to some person names niramal kumar I told him I wanted to speak to a senior he told me the senior is busy and cannot come this is ridiculous customer service that the senior cannot leave his work to attend a customer he later told me he would call me at 11.30 next morning and connect me to a senior next day I kept waitin g for the call and then called the customer care in the evening I got to speak to a person I called niramal kumar had jaundice and had not come to work I found it as a stupid excuse from their side later I spoke to a senior named rajpret he said he would look into the matter and calls back by 6 the next day and m still till now expecting that call from datawind regarding the refund . I found this to be complete mockery of the customer and above all cheating . I would like you'll to teach your customer care some ethos and and I want a refund for my tablet and no other solution just a refund the imei no of the same tablet is [protected] and my complaint no is 0822mh898 please look into the matter and send me the refund as soon as possible awaiting a favourable response about the refund Annalesha dmello

It is kindly informed that I have been sent T.C of my son JEENU SM who was passed 10th class for counter singnate from CBSE Regional office Ajemer through registered A/D post on dtd. 5.7.13 , with done all required formalities, but the same T.C certificate has not been received from the concerned office till today, I have sevedral time contact to Regional offfice Ajemer, but they are not giving any proper response in this regard. I needed the same TC for new enrollment of MP board, the schcool authorities hardly pressing my son to provide the TC certificate immedialty otherwise admission will be canceled.

You are kindly requested to give suitable guidlines in this regards immedaily.

The students of Christ university have to go through the torturous process of bargaining and begging the autowallahs to give them a ride. for a mere 25/- ride, these autowallahs parked outside the college gates and in the nearby autostands(near Ghousia) charge from 40 -60. you either have the option to take it or leave it. Also most of the times they refuse to give a ride!!

Sir, I have got 403 marks out of 500 in CBSE 12th boards in 2012 which means i should percentile score more than 80 in CBSE as CBSE earlier announced that 80 percentile for CBSE boards is 391 marks but today when the rank is published then mention my percentile as 78.40 which in any case is not possible according to the above data.
This type of error committed by Nations biggest board will destroy our career and CBSE being national level organisation is not expected to make such huge blunders which along with their faulty normalisation formula is just not costing us the chance to get admissions in NITs but also our future.
So, i kindly request you to take a look into this matter and take appropriate action.

I wish to bring into your kind notice that getting the name of a student’s parents corrected in CBSE record is a very lengthy, complex and cumbersome process, virtually a torture on the student as well as his parents. In case of my son, for correction in his mother’s name, we submitted affidavits along with verification and recommendation letters from the school principal to CBSE, Panchkula office, but that office refused to correct the mother’s name. The CBSE office termed it a case of change of name and told us to follow its set procedure for this purpose, which in their words, is an year-long process.
It is therefore requested to make CBSE procedure for correction in name simple. Please give weightage to the comments of the Principal of the concerned school, and avoid publications in the Govt. gazette as well as in newspapers in such matters.

Cbse xii maths exam was tough.in news paper it was written that they will check liberaly.wat liberal.all students got less mark.80 out of 100 students got less than 50.most students also got 33 marks juzt pass.who need this just pass marks.cbse are spoiling the future of students.we will not get any admission in any colleges. This is creuality.in state syllabus all students got more than 50 marks even weak students.becoz of this reason all parents are desciaded to put their childrens in stape syllabus.as i told cbse maths exam was very tough.avg students did not pass the exam.also cbse doesnt given any marks to them.cbse is really spoiling our future.

My college, DBS College, Kanpur, has sent my marksheets for verification many times , but no response from CBSE. recently my college has sent the documents mentioned below on 17 April 2013 through registry no RU[protected] IN to Regional Office, Chennai. I need my marksheets to be verified in a month coz my college is not giving me the passing certificate of BTC(2 yr course run by UP Govt) .They will give certificate after getting verified documents from Regional Office, Chennai.
