I booked a ticket from Tambaram to Salem Town (train no.11063) on 22nd May on irctc website through Indian Bank debit card. Due to network problem the payment failed and Rs.196 was debited from my account, but the ticket was'nt booked. I tried a second time using "Resumption of failed Ticket" and again the same problem - amount was debited from the account and ticket was'nt booked . Please kindly refund the total amount Rs 392 to my account....

Respected authority, I am Zubber Akhtar of class 10 with roll no.6117293.
