My name is kaushik Parmar, i am studying in NIPER, Mohali, i find some of companies in mohali active in job frauds, many friends cheated by this companies, they call and send message by using naukari.com name, and explain that they short listed you form the naukari.com and we are official from naukari.com, after going to given address and time they charge security money, and give false assured of 15 days return, after 15 days they locked the office and no one giving details about them, i also lodged FIR against them, police is also not helping, here problem is not 2500 rs of mine or my friend but started scam and routinely doing in mohali area by changing place . fraud company name career guide consultancy phase 9, mohali

I am Muhammed Razi, xth student of iis-jubail, ksa. My Xth result has a mistake, it shows that English has been upgraded to A2. But without upgradation itself my grade should be a2. So, my cgpa should be 9.2. Currently my cgpa is 9.Also i request to recheck my board results ie. My son has appeared in class X roll no 4266938 from Kv Pune..There seems to be an anomaly in the final result presented on the website. He has been performing well in all the FAs and SA but the grading are reflected as B .the same fate is there for at least 40% of the students.There are students who have always been average securing much higher grades than they deserve. It is requested that the entire results of the school no 06741 be verified by the board.Please also tell me how the anomaly can be solved and corrections made, Can there be a mistake in the scanning process if maps/ graphs are left out or even pages accidentally missed out.As the system of checking was first tried out in this year there are definitely errors of omission possible. These errors have a direct impact on the future of a child.Is there a process by which the corrected papers can be sent to the parents. I booked a ticket from Tambaram to Salem Town (train no.11063) on 22nd May on irctc website through Indian Bank debit card. Due to network problem the payment failed and Rs.196 was debited from my account, but the ticket was'nt booked. I tried a second time using "Resumption of failed Ticket" and again the same problem - amount was debited from the account and ticket was'nt booked . Respected authority, I am Zubber Akhtar of class 10 with roll no.6117293. I want to appeal for the revaluation of my paper of maths and english and hindi as the grades given to me are really very less as compared to how i have done it. Even the FA grades are not up-to the mark how i have performed the whole year. i had got always more than 85% marks in FAs and more than 75% in SAs but the result is showing C1 grade in FA and C2 in SA. I am smriti krishna of class 10th ( roll no : 8134679). I am not satisfied with my hindi course B grades of SA. I got B1. I had expectation of A1or A2, so i request for rechecking of my hindi course B SA2 paper. I got A1 in all FAs but in the final result it is given as A2 or B1(all subjects) due to this wrong grading i got only 9 CGPA. Please i request you to rectify my result. My ward Rahul Harsh s/o Rajendra Harsh who has passed his IX class (IX 'C') has been expelled from S.J. Public School Janta Colony, Jaipur Rajasthan (Phone No.[protected]. The student was falsely and innocently drag into the betting on cricket by his senior (of class XI) (the proofs regarding this has been submitted to school i.e. printed conversations between my ward and his senior (as converse on Whats app) luring him to bet on some of the matches. The child was studying in this school since class I. After repetitive requests to the school authorities, the school is firm on issuing him T.C. No other school affiliated to CBSE Board is ready to admit my child in Class X. The child is suffering set back and is in grave depression and same thing has been told to the Principal of the School. According to us being the parent of the child, our child has not mis-behave or mis-conduct in any manner before this incident and according to us this is totally unjustified on the part of the child to expell him from school without issuing any warning. On the part of the child the penalty imposed on him is too grave, despite giving repetitive assurance to the school that this will not happen in future the school is not considering sympathetically to admit him in the school. The penalty imposed may hamper his future studies as this time hardly any school is showing interest in his admission. I will be very oblige and thankful to you if you kindly look into the matter.

Dear Sir/Madam My son is studying in class IX of Cambridge court high school, Aravli Marg 302020, Mansarovar, Jaipur. The school has not promoted him in class Xth and detained him in class IXth due to his below average performance in the only One particular subject Mathematics.Given a result compartment in that subject and after given the compartment exam by my son, they are saying that he has got less marks, so can't promote him into class Xth.But your rule says that : if a student get above than 25% than he/she is promoted to next class I personally met with his class Teachers / Examination In-charge and requested to promote my son in 10th class to avoid negative impact and De-motivation / stress on the growing child, but she refused to promote him. My son is under stress and would request you to let me know that any CBSE affiliated School can Detain/ Fail any student due to poor performance in one examination up to class IX as per CBSE guidelines Is there any possibility to promote him into class under CBSE Guideline for Detention / CBSE Promotion Policy for Class IX Students under CCE[protected] ? I want to draw the attention of concerned authorities toward the ongoing procedure of West Point School, Kotkapura and its management. As per C.B.S.E guidelines, no school can sell stationery, books, notebooks, school uniform from the school, but this school is selling all of these from the school itself and compelling the parents to purchase the same from school only. School is charging very high rates for all the items and donot give bill for the purchases. for example, they are charging Rs. 130 - 150/- for a single school belt, which is available for Rs. 30/- in the market. Similarly, a 4th class books set cost around Rs. 4000/- nad the quality of notebooks given is also very degrading. A single notebook is charged for Rs. 35/- whereas a much better quality notebook is available in market for Rs. 25/-. They say that it is compulsary to purchase the specific notebooks from the school only. Even they are charging Rs. 5000/- admission fee per child who already studies in this school. If a child had already got admission then why parents have to pay re- admission fee. A person who has got 3 children find it hard to meet the school expenses. In this way they are voilating the C.B.S.E norms and also avoiding the state tax. Parents feel helpless as they want their students to study in this school. So kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action..

Hi I, R.Ayyappanathan, i applied TC for my son (A.Adityanathan) on 10th march 2014 who is studying in I std A sec in The Pupil (Saveetha Eco School) located in Chennai. But they are saying to pay the first term fee (25000 INR) for next academic year and get the TC or continue studying in same school, till that the TC will not provided and claim this their school policy How i could leave my family here? Is there is any rule to pay the next academic year fees before? Is it necessary to pay the first term fees for getting the TC? I have more expenses while moving out of city, in this condition provide me it is must to pay twice the fee for my son Kindly help me

Dear Sir, Under the Indian constitution, every citizen has the right to be treated equally, but not CBSE students. CBSE has this strange way of conducting final board examinations for Grade 12 students. They set 3 different sets of question papers for the students with varying levels of difficulty. This is not a level playing field and children are discriminated. The latest example is the Grade 12 Mathematics examination held on 20th March 2014. There were 3 different sets 65/2/1, 65/2/2 and 65/2/3. The set 65/2/3 was much more difficult as compared to the other sets. The questions were way too lengthy and the shortage of time put pressure on the children and they panicked and could not solve even the ones they knew. I demand that CBSE should consider this and normalize the papers by using some yardstick and give moderation to the students who got the difficult papers. Without this, children will not get equal opportunity while applying for higher studies. In general, CBSE should not set different papers for different students. Thanking you, Rakesh

so in order to know more about if iam trying to contact the jee main technical team from past 15 days, and i swear, that these 15 days was hell. No response from the telephone no. given in the website at all, not even once and even the mailing facility is worst, today i mail them they repond to me after a day that with annoying questions only, not even a relevant word about my topic, so please help me. the care jee main provides to they applicant is worst than you can think and iam a open example for it

before of exams.If you are not going to reconduct the exam all over india then it will be total injustice to sincere students and then we will also have doubt about the fairity in JEE mains.And yes our faith on cbse has disastrously broken.

I am a student right now and using reliance gsm (smart reliance) for about 2 to 3 years down the line, but my experience is horrifying. Their is deduction of main balance unnecessarily approximately more than Rs 1000/-. And every time I ask for a reason to the customer care executive they say "Our server is under maintenance. Please call after sometime." They just register my number and send me a compliant booking number. This time it was a huge surprise for me. Day before yesterday I recharged Rs 20/- as a top-up and Rs 37/- which was free unlimited facebook, browsing, twitter and whatsapp. I was in a meeting in college and surprisingly when I tried to reach my mother it was saying insufficient balance. When I rechecked my balance it was Rs. 14.57/- only. I thought that there might be some network problem. Later at night when I tried to reach my friend it was the same quotation as before. I rechecked once again my balance and surprisingly it was Rs. 0.010/-. When I asked for the reason to the customer care executive they said it was deducted for internet browsing, but as I said before I recharged with Rs. 37/-. When I further queried about it they said I cannot say anything about it because our server cannot not take out any information. Today once again I recharged with top-up Rs. 50/- but there you go. my balance is Rs. 0.010/- I checked if their is any subscription in my number, but "Dear Customer You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs." I am a student and wasting my money in this way. In other ways it can be said Reliance Smart is robbing people. "Bhik manglo yaar, khusi sey dey denge!" Sir, I am avinash from bangalore, I purchased a Hindustan Unilever pure it marvell ro water purifier, first of all it took them 3 weeks to come home and pretend to Install it, everytime they come home they say something is missing and don't come back for another week, since nobody stays at home for these fools to do their dirty worwork, it's been 3 months and we still don't have drinking water, .they have the worst after sales service.
