I have applied for issuance of 1, Marks statement and Certificate of Class-X exam.1995, bearing Roll No.3103281 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kamba-5761 and 2. Marks statement and Certificate of Class-XII(Commerce), exam,1998, bearing Roll No. 3200735 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Doimukh-5727 by enclosing all requires documents with DD vide No.870166, dated 18.03.2011 bearing a sum of Rs.450/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty) only drawn in favour of the Regional office, CBSE, Ajmer. In pursuant to my said application only following documents has been sent:-
1. Marks statement of Class-X exam.1995, bearing Roll No.3103281 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kamba-5761 and
2. Marks statement of Class-XII(Commerce), exam,1998, bearing Roll No. 3200735 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Doimukh-5727

But Certificate of Class-X exam.1995, bearing Roll No.3103281 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kamba-5761 and
Class-XII(Commerce), exam,1998, bearing Roll No. 3200735 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Doimukh-5727 has not been sent to me.

On non-received of said certificate, I have sent another letter/application giving all details on 09.05.2011 vide registered speed post and same has been duly received by the Regional Office, CBSE, Ajmer but my said certificate has not been sent to me till date.

I, therefore, through this present complain would like to request again to Regional Office, CBSE, Ajmer kindly sent following documents:-

1. Certificate of Class-X exam.1995, bearing Roll No.3103281 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kamba-5761 and
2. Certificate of Class-XII(Commerce), exam,1998, bearing Roll No. 3200735 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Doimukh-5727.

in my given address;

Recently my sibling had appeared for class XII exam in CBSE monitored school and somehow result was not upto the mark. We had applied for review of two papers and sent all details before due date. Its been a year since, we haven't received any update from CBSE.

Charges paid: 200x2= Rs. 400

Not sure what kind of going on in their office, i tried calling them a no of times and still there was no response. Had to visit a couple of times to CBSE office located in Patna and the response was we will not reveal it here what is the status, we should have sent you mail on this, which we never received.

I sent an email to all administrative officials to get a response few months back and no one did care to look into this. Not sure why an email address is published if these junkie are not aware of how to operate email account.

In this year exam we got the same result again. and applied for urgent revaluation of paper. and the result is same. The urgent revaluation has not been done till now. An RTI query was sent to CBSE office on publishing the paper, and same result, no response.

Its really frustrating to see the behavior of these folks, whose livelihood is dependent on the money we pay in tax.

I am tired of contacting these guys and publishing this here to see if i can get some kind of response from these senseless officials.

Ajmer office is not responding to any telephone or e-mail reminders. Finaly the school has cancelled my application. I am unable to contact ajmer office because they do not pick up the phone.i dont know what to do. Help me! awanish.

I am Dinesh Nair from Bangalore . I have send my daughter's T.C. for counter sign on 9 th april 2012 by the courier and it was recieved at 12th april 2012 by cbse regional office ajmer but i have not get it back from cbse regional office ajmer . i am getting many difficulties in my daughter's addmission in class 7th and i appeal for help

My son got admissission in one of theCBSE school where school has retained original birth certificateat the time of admission. While asking them to return the originals school authorities have confirmed that as PER CBSE SCHOOL RULES ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE COMPULSORILY NEED TO BE RETAINED AT SCHOOL, but they have not clarified whether they would return the same when I require it. Pls guide whether there is any such process.

Subject:- Career at stake- misconduct of AIEEE exam at Bhatinda on 29.04.2012



On Sunday 29th April.2012 my son Sahil Sanan (Roll no[protected] appeared for AIEEE test at Bathinda. The initial examination centre as per the admit-card was DAV College, Bathinda. Which was shifted to Mata Sitaji Degree Collage, Bathinda . My ward entered the centre at 8.30 AM.

Due to mismanagement at the end of examination authorities, he was handed over question paper at 10.10 AM against the scheduled time of 9.30 a.m.
At 12.30PM the authorities informed the students that their time is over but on the request/argument of students the time was extended up to 1.10 p.m. But suddenly at 12.50 p.m. , authorities took away the answer sheets.

My ward immediately informed me the above incidence and when I tried to contact with the CBSE observers, the college staff misbehaved and did`t allow me to meet them. There was total harassment from all fronts. The career of my son was at stake. After one hour of struggle, I succeeded to meet the observers and explained them the whole episode, who in turn assured me to put up the case with recommendation to CBSE.

The entire episode was covered by media and published in the next day newspapers (Punjab Kesari Chandigarh addition, The Tribune Chandigarh addition, Jagran Citi Bathinda addition ) a copy of one of these news-cutting is also attached herewith for your reference).

The registered letter for the revision in examination centre was received by me yesterday. All the facts show the mismanagement at the end of CBSE.

The career of my son is at stake. It is requested to consider the above case sympathetically and give justice to the victim of this episode.

This is in referance to the Application form being sent regarding obtaining Class 10th & 12th Passing certificate since I lost the original ones...I had attached the DD and paid the urgent fee inorder to issue the certificates within 48 hrs however its been 10 days and I havnt recieved any response as yet..
Please help!

The raid conducted by representatives of People For Animals (PFA) at Sacred Heart School (Sector 26) on Tuesday has left city educationists fuming. While the PFA team claimed that the school has violated provisions of Wildlife Protection Act by preserving animal specimens in its laboratory, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) stated that preserving such specimens is part of the curriculum in schools.

Ridiculing the PFA move, CBSE Regional Director RJ Khanderao said, “It is mandatory for all schools to preserve certain species of animals in their labs. The Act has banned the dissection of animals and the possession of live animals. How will the teachers illustrate the contents of the theory without the specimens?”

Further, KBDAV School (Sector 7) Principal and CBSE Counselor Madhu Bahl said, “I am surprised to look at the claims of PFA regarding violations of the law. On one side, where CBSE has been specially conducting inspections in order to check whether the schools have made provisions of each of the animal specimens included in the syllabi, how can the school be blamed for meeting the requirements?”

PFA Wildlife Officer Saurav Gupta, however, contended that the raid was conducted after a tip-off received by their organisation regarding the possession of “prohibited” animals by the school. “The school has violated the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, which prohibits institutions from preserving these animals in their laboratories for research purposes,” alleged Gupta.

Countering this, Shivalik Public School (Sector 41) Director D S Bedi, “Such bars and objections, as raised by PFA, harm students the most. What happened at Sacred Heart on Tuesday has left all our schools upset. The Education Department must take serious note of the situation.”

On receiving a complaint from PFA, the police had accompanied its members to Sacred Heart School. The biology lab of the school was sealed and 31 specimens were recovered.

“The school has been specifically targetted as it follows a strict admission procedure. Many of the parents — who tried to by-pass rules — were turned away this year as well during entry class admissions,” said a teacher from a city school on condition of anonymity.

‘What authority does the PFA have to barge into any of our schools in this way? All schools, including the government schools, have stored these specimens of frogs, cobra and other species in their labs. Will they blame everyone then?’

SSP Naunihal Singh said, “The PFA representatives had given us a complaint citing infringement of the Wildlife Protection Act by the school. So, on the basis of their complaint, we deputed a team of police officials to accompany the PFA representatives to look into the matter.”

What is PFA?

It is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit animal protection organisation dedicated to preventing intentional or unintentional harm to all animals in our community with a focus on dogs.

Why CBSE promoting crime against wild animals?, the UN affiliated OIPA chapter in India demanding that action should be taken against CBSE as well under section 120-B as co accused being an promoter of the crime.
