Central Board of Secondary Education [CBSE] Complaints & Reviews

I met with an incident that some of the schools working under central board has giving tasks and assignments to students o[censored]pper primary sections without giving a personal or practical experience. As the schools and other educational institutions are temporarily closed at this time the teachers are giving tasks writing about their experiences of visiting a school of differently abled/ specially abled, such tasks should be done from their own experience but here the case is different. So I humbly requesting you to find a practicable solution for the same

Sir,
i admitted my son ayam kumar in class x1 th in science stream (PCM) through there enterance test conducted by them and deposited the fee . From april he was taking sciene classes and the fees was deposited up to July. But after the Board result came on 3 rd of august school has said to take Humanities as the (PCME) is 73 % or take admiission somewhere else and even not refunding the other charges other then fees.
So please take some necessary action against the school and see if my son get the admission or i get my money back.

Sir in this school there is no accurate fees for +2 (25, 26, 27, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, 40 thousands).
Every students give different fees
When talking about admission in this school they told that 60 thousand fees for new admission in class 11-12
They never took any kind of class(online) nor did he get any kind of guidance during corona period and when we were asked for class they postponed the matter
There is no special teacher for individual subject
They always forced the student to pay full fees in the middle session
When anyone come from cbse then they prepare student for everything otherwise it's a like only business shop
Till 2 years we are not know well who is our physics.chemistry.maths teacher
In the time of practical by the external our English teacher become chemistry teacher
And junior teachers (who teaches in 4-5-6-2 class)become our teacher
They make a planning by taking whole fees by unwanted/ false signature
Yaha ke jo director hai gurudev ji unka education se koi lena dena hi nahi hai bss unhe Facebook YouTube pr publicity karte rahna hai.ye log aisa chain system bnaye huye hai ki agar kisi student ko problem hota hai to ye log bs kbhi inke pass to unke pass ghumate rahte hai. Yaha ke students hote huye bhi kuch paiso ke liye ghar return kar diya jata hai sign karne nahi diya jata hai jbki ache se 1 years bhi nahi hote hai
Yaha koi regular teacher nahi hota kbhi koi kbhi koi per day padhane chala ata hai
2 saal me bss ek baar lab me entry mila jb external aye the aur wo bhi sara tuta- futa hua instruments
Is school me pehchan se fees liya jata hai humlog ke bactch me 30 students aur sabse alag alag fees hai
Guidance ke liye ek group bnaya gya jisme kisi bhi subject ka koi teacher nahi tha bss ek principal jo 2 saal me 5 se jyada reply nahi ki wo bhi yahi ki aj ye external ane wale hai aj wo external ane wale hai aur ek aur sir jinka daily ka kaam tha bss fees mangna
Sir finally yahi kahna hai ki ye school hai hi nahi kyunki fees ke alawa kisi chij ke bare me problem huyi to ye log ek dusre par talte rahte hai aur sabse bari baat to ye ki ajtk humlogo ka kon teacher hai individual subject ka wo tak nahi pta...humlog corona period me akhir suggestions lete to kise aur yaha ke management ko phone karo to usse fees ke alawa aur koi topic pe baat nahi Karna jab director se contact karne ki kosis karo to nahi wo phone recieve karte aur na hi reply aur jab humlog unke ghar gye to ye bol ke lauta diya gya ki wo abhi so rahe hai
Sir finally humlog yahi chahte hai ki hmare fees return ho ya is school ka affiliation neglect kiya jaye kyunki jb iss school ne iss 2 saal me hmare liye kuch kiya hi nahi yaha tk ki teacher tak nahi btayi ki kon hmari teacher hai

I am from kanpur and from uma krishna educational foundation and my result of class 12 has not arrived till yet and was told that our result will come in rl lots and 4 rl lots have been published and my result has not come.

I am bright student since childhood and I used to score good marks. In my class 10 I scored 92.7% in best 3 subjects and in class 11 I scored 85.6% and In class 12 pre board I did well and scored good marks in every subject but when the result of class 12 board came I got shocked because I just scored 81.6% . I think i got less marks in XII . With due respect, sir I want to state that I am a student of class 10 who is very unsatisfied with my board results I got 74%, though my previous records is above 90 and I scored good marks in my preboards. And I was expecting a very good marks this year. I inquired my teachers about this, they said they had given me 90+ marks but the department had cut down the marks on it's own and gave average marks.

Therefore, sir please I kindly request you to re-evaluate my marks.

Respected board members I am Gaurav from bihar I am student of class 10 And I am not satisfied with my marks. Sir, What I thought better not to appear the improvement exam better to boycott it because after long 4 months gap no one can regain the original flow of study and retain its original marks . I write this application to recheck my marks of all subject and especially in math, science and Sanskrit Because I got poor Marks in that but In previous exams like midterm And pre bored I had scored very good marks.

According to 12th cbse results 2021 I have scored 91% but according to 30:30:40 policy I should have scored 98% because I have scored 98, 98, 97 in top 3 subjects in my 2019 10th boards, 97% in 11th and 97.4% in 12th pre-boards. My school has also applied for cbse dispute resolution settlement in type 1. The response they have received was ' Shraddha Tiwari's mark were reduce in modulation'.
What sort of modulation was that in which 98% has come down to 91%. There are my classmates who has scored just 80% in 10th have received 95% in 12th 2021. Then, why this modulation was done with me only. 12th marks are very much important for mw to get into my dream college, my whole future is dependent on 12th boards result, because of cbse modulation I future is at high risk.
I urge you to please give me the marks I deserve according to 30:30:40 policy. I have worked really very hard for my 12th boards, boards getting cancelled wasn't my mistake. Please give me justice.

Sir, I am a student of class 10. The marks given to us during the corona epidemic is not fair for every students.
The student who deserves the real marks had scored very less. I am also a victim of such situation.
So, I request you to take some actions on this problem.

As per cbse announced that those students want rechecking of their results on the basis of 30%, 30%and 40% they can write a application regarding dispute type 1 and 2 to their CBSE affiliated schools. But sir in my school they reject to accept all the applications of students. They only force us for re examination not for rechecking. Please help sir.
