I have lost my original 10th and 12th certificate .
Please help me to re issue the certificate for future

Sub:- Complaint against Savanu Interntational School Jindpur regarding cheating.
Sir,
1. That I am the law abiding citizen of India my name is Vishal Bhardwaj R/O- H.no- 1768 kumharo wali gali Alipur Delhi – 110036.
2. That my cousin Ronak Bhardwaj S/o Davinder Bhardwaj is a student of Savanu International School and studying in school since 7th class.
3. That when we admitted my cousin Ronak Bhardwaj in school it was recognized by CBSE till 8th class my cousin was in 8th class in year[protected] and next year we were planning to change the school than on the annual day of year[protected] the manager of school congratulated all the parents, students, teacher and made a statement that the Savanu International School is now affilitated under CBSE till 10th class.
4. That after the stating the statement true we admitted my cousin in 9th class under the Savanu international School . (copy of ID card Annexured A)
5. That my cousin was enjoying his studies as well as extra activities in the school one day my cousin told me that today there was a school inspection by the CBSE and all the students were shifted from school building to other place as the school is not affiliated till 10th class as per the norms of CBSE a school can give admission to student in class 9th only when the school is affiliated till 10th class after listening to the whole incident from my cousin I went to the school and asked them about the incident they denied the situation and again reassured me that the school is affiliated till 10th class that’s why we gave admission to all the students in 9th class.
6. That after again assurance we were tension free all the exams was duly given by cousin in the school in academic year[protected] all the PTMs were held at school and also the CBSE registration for board exams was duly signed by the parents itself at Savanu International School.(copy of fee slip of 9th class Annexured B)
7. That in academic year[protected] my cousin was enjoying his studies in class 10th through virtual classes due to corona pandemic all the classes were attended by the teachers of Savanu International School and all the exams unit test as well as pre boards were given by my cousin and was dully submitted to the teachers of Savanu international School through electronic mode (Google forms) we were paying fees to Savanu International School (copy of fee slip of 10 class Annexured C).
8. That result of class 10th was duly decalred by the CBSE and we found one suspicious thing in the result that the school name mention on the result was different the mention name was (B R Tyagi Public School) and we never heard name of this school we were shock that why the wrong name is published on marksheet is there is any publishing mistake later on after confirmation with school we found that the all the students from 9th class were admitted by the Savanu International school to this (B R Tyagi Public School) after this we went to school for such a fraud with us on which the manger of school said that the providing education is not only a social work it is a business and all this is done for the student and for the development of school,
9. That the Savanu International School was playing with the future of students for their education business motive all the students were sold to (B R Tyagi Public School) the school charged all the parents with heavy fees for studies/ admission in the Savanu International School but the parents were not aware that the their child are studying in a third grade school whose name is never heard by them.
10. That the Savanu International School was not recognized and still the school was continuing and giving admission to the student was doing an illegal personation Act also the fees charged is a kind of black money as on that money tax is also not paid as there is no any admission as school is not affiliated.
11. That such act of the school clearly shows the motive behind the education business and it is a very big educational fraud many student as well as parents are cheated by Savanu International School the school manager is must charged with the case of Cheating U/S- 420 IPC for the act of him also this section completely applies on him.
12. That my cousin after knowing that he was not on record student of Savanu International School he was only attending class their he was student of (B R Tyagi Public School) is resulting in mental harassment to him he is going through mental stress because of the act of Savanu International School we also demand to register the case also in the provisions related to causing mental harassment to anyone under IPC.

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that register a FIR against the Savanu International School for Cheating and causing Mental Harassment and also the cancellation of recognition of Savanu International School as well as B R Tyagi Public School -Budh Vihar, DELHI in the interest of justice to all the students.

In this connection it is submitted that our ward named Geetanjali Sharma having roll no 17215126 declared passed in the result of 10th class. The school code is 40414 named Dharam Public school Palwal. But advertently the school submit the marks in science subject 45/80 instead 74/80. The school submitted the grievance through mail after following the directions of cbse board. But the problem still have exist. So it is requested the marks may be updated earliest please as we are facing very mental harrasment due to this error.

The cbse has conducted an improvement exam for the students not satisfied with the marks in several subjects. The first exam to be conducted was English on 25.08.2021. I received set 1 question paper and paper code was 1/6/1. In first comprehension, question (xi) the options given were not correct as the fourth option should have been reverence, which is the correct option, instead of respect which is not even present in the comprehension.

DPS Mihan School Nagpur CBSE has started using verbal forced instructions for students to join school by closing online physical activity classes like games, music, FSK etc...only main subject classes are online

We have applied a duplicate mark sheet of 10th Class. on 7th Aug. 2021 by online and Paid Rs.2600/- with express charges.
but now the status does not update we need this is on an urgent basis so I request you please send us the PDF file and update the status of this.

I, Soumay Singh Chauhan of class 12 is dissatisfied by the marks given by board. According to marks scheme proposed by CBSE it was stated that marks shoul be distributed in 30:30:40
from class 10, 11&12 respectively. As of my class 10 I got 93.2% and in 11 I got 93.4% yet in class 12 I only got 78.6% even though I performed well in pre-board of class 12 also.The marks given to me was very random which is very unfair. It is like I got scammed.
Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this matter and do revaluation in my marks.For this I will be highly grateful to you.

This is Sandeep Tibrewal father of Vivek Tibrewal my son studying in a CBSE affiliated ( Bal Bharti Vidhaylay, NAUGACHIA) school in class Xth B has been consistently been performing outstanding in academics he has been top scorer since he studied in this school and has always scored 100% in mathematics as in both the periodic assessments but as the CBSE Board results were out it was shocking to see myself and the teachers that the top scorer of this institution has got just 27/100 marks in mathematics according to CBSE Board.

The school has provided a 78/80 for Mathematics which has been printed only as 7 by CBSE. This year the final board exam results have been provided on the basis of students previous performance and as we hold all the old records, it clearly states that the student has performed well in all the assessments.

The situation is taking a toll on my son's mental stability, seeing his career destroy despite constant deserving performance.

I have tried by all means to reach out to the school and board which can help rectify the marks for Vivek. Please find any means to provide support.

I have applied for my migration certificate in the month of february 2021, till today i have not received my migartion certificate. I have spoke to respected department, nobody is resolving my issue till today. The are just making me to wait from past few months. Respcted department are just telling this section has been changed and we didn't receive from previous department, and i have all the documents pictures including posted in the month of feburary. They are playing with my future and making me feel bad that why i have studied in this university. Please take this as very important and humble request to please send my migration immediately

i am parveen kumar from patiala punjab my daughter is studying in st mary school patiala in 6th class. we got late to pay the fee of a semster of school. but school without any notice is removing students from online study group. we request management that within one week we will pay fee but many students have been removed from school group. pls take hard action against this dictator school

Hi Team,

My son pursing his education from Sant Kabir Public School, Karnal, Haryana for last 2 years. One of my brother asked him simple question what is -6+4, he didn't respond before that I got a positive response from school, that your son is doing great and he is a brilliant child but at that incidence I realized that my son is no where, So I decided instead of school I approach Coaching Center who trained students for upcoming opportunity in defense. I already inform school month of April that I don't want my child any more in your school. Regularly I am visiting to school and every time they are saying that Kindly submit your till date dues but I already inform that my child will not proceed further still they are saying the same thing and today when we visit to school, they misbehave us and also argue us do whatever you want to do . We will see it and When I asked kindly produce the policies they were failed to do so. Kindly do help us and guide us what needs to be done. I am a priest and my monthly income is inconsistent and on average sometimes I can earn 10, 000 to 15000 Rs, How I can pay approximately 11000 Rs and its still increasingly every month. Kindly help me out on this

Sir I score 67% in my class 12 board exam. And I'm applying for improvement exam of subject chemistry, Physics, maths. I AM passed in these subjects with average marks. But my admit card that came for my improvement exam have written 'compartment'. So I request you to please go through my problem of corrections.

They both should be followed by only and only on shift on regular basis.

I am a student of class 10 Integrated Indian School Kuwait .I Got my 10th result on 3rd August 2021 but I am not satisfied with my mark because I got good marks in Each exam .When I went to School to ask justice for My mark they told me that it is given on the basis of 2019 marks . I was studying 9th standard and the portion was far away different .I have prepared well for my board exam and have put in lots of hard work also particularly in maths and science but you have allotted me less marks. Good afternoon sir,
we are not satisfied with my son's Malayalam marks in class 10 result. We noticed that in the re-examination schedule, there is no chance for Malayalam test. We are not interested to redo the examinations of other 4 subjects. Sir, is there any other grievance mechanism for students who are not satisfied in Malayalam marks, but ok with the other 4 subjects? If not, please make an arrangement to consider the highest scored marks of the other 3 subjects, in order to calculate Malayalam marks, for those who are not happy with their Malayalam marks, when reviewing their marks. Thank you.
