My name is rahul kumar verma and i'm getting netjrf fellowship through pfms. For the month of july, august and september my payment failed due to insufficient balance/miscellaneous/others [4]. It is showing for current fellowship as well as for current hra. If there is any possibility of contacting pfms personnel please let me know. Please resolve my issue. Mera abhi yeh prblm he bolrai apka paisa payment hua.
Make sure you have the minimum account balance (MAB) of Rs1, 000 in your Canara Bank account. That may be the reason behind the failure.

Now, I have minimum balance in my account. Any idea how much time they will take again to perform the retransaction and do i need to make any grievence to pfms/ugc or any changes to the data i have submitted to ugc regarding the same. Kindly help.

Sir yh minimum balance ki wajah se hua hai kya...mera bhi same problem hai.
In about a week, the pending payments should be deposited in your account. No grievances should be required.
