SIR
I had tried to apply for CSAB spot round counselling 2021 . My JOSAA registration no is[protected] . After registration, I had paid an amount for 37000 rupees . The amount got deducted from my account but is not credited to your website . I had done my transaction on[protected], last date of your choice filling . After that i had made multiple attempts to pay the fees for second time but your site does not respond and my transaction got failed again and again . Due to this i am unable to register for the spot round counselling and I also lost my money as well .

I therefore request you to look after the matter as soon as possible and refund my money without any further delay .

    today is last date of csab. and i am trying to register by giving my josaa registration no and password.
    and secondly it is not letting me reset password.
    should student suffer due to your faulty

    even your contact no are wrong and email is not working.

    this irresponsible behaviour

      I have registered in csab counselling but at time of paying choice filling fee 37000 it is showing failed in csab website. But the money is deducted from the bank account . Kindly inform me about this situation.

        I am eligible for GEN-EWS but I was unable to change it in JEE mains so I m registered there as gen
        But now I have got my GEN-EWS certificate so I want to change my category
        I have also written this to csab costumer if but they are not replying there

                    I attempted the Jee main examination in 2019
