[Resolved]  CESC Limited — E-Bill payment receipt not available

Consumer No. [protected] Consumer Name: Mr. Rakhal Ch. Dutta Bill for May'14 has been paid today i.e. 01.07.2014 through online payment but I did not get any receipt. Cant find a helpline number for the same to address my issue. Due date is 02.07.2014. Don't know if bill paid or not and amount is debited from my account. Please help at the earliest.

Consumer No. [protected] Bill for November'14 has been paid today 23.11.2014 through online payment but I did not get any receipt.Due date is 28.11.2014. Don't know if my bill paid or not and the amount is debited from my account. Please help.

The amount has been duly debited almost instantly. But Payment receipt did not get generated through the system, neither a receipt has been mailed to my mail-ID. Normally a "Transaction Successful Acknowledgement Slip" showing the details for a payment online pops up instantly. This time did not happen like that too.

I made payments on net through my Citibank Credit card for the following consumer nos. on 6.2.15 for the month of December 2014 and on 6.3.15 for the month of January 2015 :-

Receipts for the above 3 bills for both the months could not be generated as I got error messages both the times though my account was debited for all the bills.
Kindly arrange to mail receipts (6 nos in total) for both the months to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
Further, you need to upgrade your website and make it more user friendly.

CESC Consumer No. [protected]. I have paid electricity bill for the month April, 2015 via online transaction on 24th April, 2015. After successful process my debit card was debited and redirected through a blank page. Usually there remain an option to download/print the receipt of payment. But I did not find this time. Moreover, I did not receive an receipt of payment via email.

Please look into the issue and mail the receipt at [protected]@yahoo.in

I had made an online payment of Rs. 1310/- against my Bill for 06/15 amounting Rs. 1320 due date 27/07/15. My Consumer No. is [protected]. After making the online payment on 17th July 2015 at 8:35 P.M., I noticed that my Bank A/c got debited but the CESC Bill was left unpaid as yet and I received neither a payment confirmation nor any acknowledgement receipt. My Transaction Reference No. is IG0AZEVCM3 for Rs. 1310 on 17/07/2015 8:35:13. I waited for a day and then I made the same payment once again on July 19 whose transaction Reference No. is IG0AJMPPR2 for Rs. 1310 on 19.07.2015 09:07:31. I am supposed to receive a refund of the payment that I had made earlier i.e. on 17.07.2015. A week has passed already but I didnot get my refund.
