I, Mr.Kalyan Kumar Datta, CESC Consumer No.[protected] n Customer ID [protected], have paid Electric Bill of amounting Rs.840/- for 05/2016 on today i.e.15.06.2016 through On-line using my SBI Debit Card(CESC Txn # GU[protected] is informed through SMS) but no receipt was generated at that time. Hence the Receipt for the said payment couldn't be downloaded n obtained/received.
So, it is requested to mail it at [protected]@gmail.com at an earliest.

In relation to the above detail I made online payment through ICICI bank on 6/7/16 at 11:58 AM through bill desk. I have not got any receipt from you although the amount of Rs 930 has been debited from my bank A/C towards the payment of the bill for june-16. Please send my online receipt----Arup Maitra

I paid my Bill for June/16 today (July 29) online for an amount of Rs. 1500/- around 1820 hours. I forgot to take out the Transaction Successful Acknowledgement Slip . I do not know the process to get it now. Will CESC send me an acknowledgement?

Consumer no.[protected] has paid the bill on 6th of september 2016 but didnt get the recepit. Actually i paid the bill from paytm the receipt got generate but its not the actual receipt which i use to get while paying my previous bill ...Its rumble request to mail me the receipt copy in my email id [protected]@gmail.com n also the paytm receipt no.[protected] and paytm order id no.[protected]
you can use the below URL to check your last payment...no need of receipt I guess.. you can verify your payment is received by CESC or not :

CESC Consumer No. [[protected]]. I have paid electricity bill for the month June, 2018 via online transaction on 26th July, 2018. After successful process my debit card was debited and redirected through a blank page. Due to risk factor I click cancel the button for process. Usually there not found an option to download/print the receipt of payment. Moreover, I did not receive an receipt of payment via email.
