[Resolved]  CESC Limited — E-Bill payment receipt not available

Consumer No. [protected] Consumer Name: Mr. Rakhal Ch. Dutta Bill for May'14 has been paid today i.e. 01.07.2014 through online payment but I did not get any receipt. Cant find a helpline number for the same to address my issue. Due date is 02.07.2014. Don't know if bill paid or not and amount is debited from my account. Please help at the earliest.

From my UCO Bank debit card on 12.08.2015.The money has been deducted but I have not received any payment receipt. E payment against september 2015 has been made on 10.10.2015. probably because 10th October being a Saturday, my

Banker ie ICICI has shown the payment made through Billdesk on 12.10.2015. However payment towards my electricity

bill has been paid but no receipt was generated. Request forwarding a receipt. It is also reported that normally after

a payment is made to CESC, an email is received almost instantly, but that too is missing this time.

I have paid electricity bill for the month October, 2015 vide B.No.[protected] via online transaction on 10th Nov'2015. After successful process option of print the receipt of payment gives error. And I did not get the E-receipt moreover, I did not receive an receipt of payment via email.

today, 13/5/20126 online through debit card. Paid amont has been debited from my Bank account. I got an SMS from Bank as confirmation of the same. The same amount has been credited in your account and the same has been confirmed by you through an SMS. But I could not get payment receipt and download it. Payment has been debited from by Bank Account and it has been confirmed by my Bank through an SMS. The same payment has been credited to your accont and it has been confimed by you through an SMS. But I did not get payment receipt online and could not download it.

CESC Consumer No.[protected]. I have paid electricity bill for the month April-2016 via online transaction on 26st May 2016. After successful process my account was debited and redirected through a blank page. Usually there remain an option to download/print the receipt of payment. But I did not find this time. Moreover, I did not receive an receipt of payment via email.
