Chevrolet India — Car servicing

I have booked my car (Chevrolet sail uva) for servicing on 8/7/16 for next day. On 9/7/16 i have approached the only servicing center at guwahati at 9.30 am. At 11.15 mr amirul haque received my car and advised to take delivery at 5 pm. At 6 pm when i visited the workshop i have noticed that my car was still untouched. I am very upset and asked me to return the car without servicing as i have an appointment at 7 pm regarding my foreign trip.. They requested me to wait for half an hour.In stead of half an hour they return the car without washing with a bill of rs 7240/- (Invoice no 630, job no 1882) and asked me to come any day for washing. As the distance from my residence is more than 15 km i have requested them to compensate so that i can wash locally by saving my valuable time. But they requested me to come another day assuring to complete the wash within 1 hour.
On 17/07/16 i have visited the workshop at 9.30 am and delivered the car. They requested me to be seated in waiting room assuring to deliver after 1 hour. After 45 minutes i have visited to see the progress of work but i was astonished to see that my car was in 4th of the row. Then i asked mr amirul to look into the matter. Mr amirul and one lady of customer care visited the spot and after removing the cars in the queue my car placed in 1st. They have requested me to wait for half an hour in the waiting room. After 45 minutes when i approached the spot i have noticed that my car was again in 4th of the row. I then burst in anger and wanted to know the cause and asked them if any bribe have to be given. After hearing my hard voice all staff including official in charge came to cool me.
I have another bitter experience. After service they have not close the cover of coolen for which my car was seized in road. Same case is also occurred on my colleague
I have the advise not to sell new car if service cannot be provided. Single servicing centre is not sufficient for a city like guwahati. I must have to mention that service of maruti is far better.
