Yesterday I have purchased a pant and shirt from Pondicherry branch fo Rs. 4, 294/-. While checking the pant, the model is not satisfactory for me and today morning I went to the show room and exchange the same. The pant I have selected is Rs. 400/- less than the previous one and for that I have ready to purchase a shirt worth of Rs. 999/- with the request that, by availing the compliment option of School Bag for the purchase above 5000/-. But the show room officials are not rejected my request stating that only exchange option is possible.
In this regard, Since the new pant not available in the old pant rate, I request that kindly provide any one of the following my option.
1. Kindly repay balance amount of Rs. 400/- in cash (OR)
2. I am ready to purchase another shirt for Rs. 999/- and considering with the previous bill above Rs. 5000/-, kindly arrange to provide school bag as compliment option for purchase of materials above Rs. 5000/-
I have submited the items purchased in the show room itself. Kindly take a decision and intimate the same at the earlist.

I had submitted an online fee 2250₹ for supplli exam from my upi id for a student name Rishi Kumar
Enrollment Number: CSJMA[protected]
Registration No: 2022EF[protected]
Fee debited from my account to CSJM University
But does not paid actually. I waited for 3 days but payment status kept showing pending. Then I maid the payment again with my Paytm payment bank visa debit card owned by Rishi Kumar then fee submitted actually that's transaction no is .[protected]
I want my money back debited from upi id
