I have applied for my degree certificate on 10 Feb 2022 (Roll No[protected] till now I haven't received it.

Request you to please look into this, I have to apply for my master's programme and the last date of applying is 1 April 2022. Without Degree and transcript, I can't complete my application .

I had submitted an online fee 3350₹ for supplli exam from my upi id for a student name Arti Verma
Enrollment Number: CSJMA[protected]
Registration No: 2021EF[protected]
Fee debited from my account to CSJM University
But does not paid actually. I waited for 10 hours but payment status kept showing pending. Then I maid the payment again with my Paytm payment bank visa debit card endin with 8978 owned by Abhishek Maurya then fee submitted actually that's transaction no is [protected].
I want my money back debited from upi id

Correction Required in My Father’s Name Correct Spelling is Grish Chandra.

Now it’s been more than a month but still correction not done and not received original mark sheet just because of it I am unable to Enroll in BAR Council of India.

It’s My Humble request you to kindly get correction done and dispatch my all Mark sheet to the address as given in application.

I have attached all the paperwork copy again along with this application.

This is passed out student from UIHS department of this University.
Sir I needed transcript certificate in description of my subject time hours of my Bachelor of physiotherapy course not description of my subject marks, already Marks has written in marksheet then how come it's possible to rewrite marks of my subjects?, Is this transcript certificate?
Sir I have been facing the issues of making it from almost 1 yr and just a few days ago I got my transcript which is not acceptable for applying in abroad .

Sir I already waste my time and money in up down of the university .
This is really humble request to make sure the performa of the transcript certificate and replace my transcript certificate to be in subject time hours only not in marks.
I hope I would get my solution quickly.
