It is apprised that, I had registered successfully on 09 May 2022 and alloted system generated registation number[protected] for issuance of MA (Private) Degree Certificate and also paid Rs 1000/- vide alloted transaction number by HDFC Bank[protected]/[protected] for registation fee successfully on 09 May 2022, but transaction number couldn't not generated.

KanpurPlease generate the transaction number or refund the said amount at the earliest.

      Sir my name is km preeti sir i have submitted my ba iii private form online on date 28/03/2022 one is an other debit card and 02 is from sbi debit card payment deduction details of sbi debit card is-sbipg[protected] erpcsjmusbiepay kanpur and sbippg[protected] erpcsjmusbiepay kanpur
      due to server error the application fee has
      been deducted 03 times @2250/ in that 01 payment
      has been sucess but 02 payment has been
      unsucess i have attach my account details

        Respect authority,
        I am student of BCom III year of CSJM University and also pursuing CA
        My CA Inter Law exams are clashing with BCom III year exam of Financial Management on 18th May 2022.
        Timming of CA exams are 2:00 to 5:00 pm and timming of BCom III year exams are 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
        I request the authority please postpone only one exam of Financial Management so that I can appear in my exam of Law CA Inter.

          I have applied for transcript on 21st March and its been one month that CSJMU has not issued my transcript to WES. I have tried contacting the university but they are not responding. I don't know how to proceed and get an update on my request.

          Sir I already invested lot of my time and money in up down of the university. This is really humble request to make to issue my transcripts certificate to WES Authority for my ECA. I hope I would get my solution quickly.

              I had submitted an online fee 2250₹ for supplli exam from my upi id for a student name Rishi Kumar
              Enrollment Number: CSJMA[protected]

              Fee debited from my account to CSJM University
              But does not paid actually. I waited for 3 days but payment status kept showing pending. Then I maid the payment again with my Paytm payment bank visa debit card owned by Rishi Kumar then fee submitted actually that's transaction no is .[protected]

                    Correction in father's name in my degree and marksheet

                    My name is Madhav Prasad. My father's name is RAMBALAK. But in my marksheet, my father's name is RAM BALAK. There is a space between RAM and BALAK, that is incorrect. Correct name is "RAMBALAK".

                    My payment was done twice first get rejected by your site...but the payment is deducted from my Google pay...I thought maybe some mistakes did by Google pay. So I again pay this amount(300) with my debit card for the migration certificate.
                    But now g-pay is claiming he did the payment and the payment was successful.
                    So my kindly request to you refund my amount i.e. 300

                                Grievance portal is worst and chhatrapati shahuji dealing clerk/supporting staff are worst. no one will listen to you in grievence poratal. Only thing is complain to higher authority (online/offline/in every forum). Grievence portal is only a show piece. No one cares for your complaint. Jb se online degree chalu hua hai tb se ghuskhori kam ho gyi hai isiliye koi nhi sunta.
