The product (Branded Men's Combo Of Lower & Socks - Pack of 3) ordered on 23rd Jan, '16 and received on 27th Jan, '16 was found to be defective. The lower supplied has cut scratches. A mail was sent on e-mail given on vendor portal but no response. A complaint was registered on the vendor portal - no response. also tried calling on care number but it is always busy or no response. Please help me to tackle this as the defective product is of no use and also by seeing the response of seller it seems a fraud.

                      I got this infor on Facebook and and went to there site ordered a pair of Nike Shoes which was looking awesome. To my surprise when I received the product it was not the same and its some poor quality shoes which I want to return now . I just got the product and I want to return .                                     I ordered brown leather jacket from www.chupchaplelo.com. Order Id is OID 117046, But the jacket i received is far different from i which ordered. Product quality is also very poor. Since 22nd January i am trying to call their customer care number but they are responding. I sent them the email regarding the same but they clearly denied to take back or exchange. They have mentioned in their website about easy return policy but not following it.
                                    Feeling like i got cheated. People trust and buy from online shopping websites after knowing their easy return policies. I did the same.
