The shoes was given of smaller size and not as per order and quality also very poor and now they are saying that we are already selling it in too low prices than we can't afford to take product return if this is there stand than they should have mention on offer that this product are not returnable on this prices.Secondly they have to deliver as per the given order and not of smaller size.This is not my fault than they should refund it or replace it with the proper size.
Please advise us how to proceed for consumer court or i[censored] can solve the problem than it will be very grateful o[censored].

I have bought a pair of nike shoe by seeing the photographs of the products and the price offered as very attractive.
But when the same is received i was surprised to see that the product is a duplicate one and item delivered is not as per details shown in thr web page.I have contacted same day to thr customer care and not received any response till date.I have paid rs.1099 for this product and pls help me to address this issue

I purchase shoes from www.chupchaplelo.com, but they give me wrong product quality is very bad and i ordered different shoes, they send me not the same one who i am seen on his website, also shoes is very big no my size, when i request to return or refund my amount they denied. and refuses to return the product . this is a scam it's a fake company they coning people.

Not proper size and material and i just want to refund it.I have received it just now and already paid rs.1100 cash to your courier boy.But after opening the same i found the size is smaller and the material of the product is not good.So i want to return and want my money back as earliest as possible.This was my first order on your site and the experience was not good.I hope atleast you will defienetly improve your image by doing the refund process smooth and faster.

I received defective piece of power bank (combo of Mi 10400MAH Power bank with USB LED). Order - OID174239, Order date - 05.02.2016, Invoice-JWH[protected], Shipment-JWH[protected], Area code-BT/KND, Delivery date 09.02.2015, contact no - [protected]
It is my kind request to please help me return the product and get the refund sooner. I tried to contact website contact number. But it was totally failed to contact them.

I have purchased Nike track pant and socks combination from chupchaplelo.com on 01-February 2016, and Checked out as Guest user as I had not registered myself with the company and I choose cash on delivery as the mode of payment.
Product was delivered on[protected], with order id : OID159692, invoice number : JWH[protected] from JP traders, sector 63, Noida 201301, Delhi.
As from the look of the parcel, it was poor quality packing.
Just After opening the package, immediately I realised the product is fake, duplicate and of third class quality. I immediately sent them mail and tried contatcing them on phone :[protected], which is coninously engaged.
after 2 days of email they told me via email to send me the photos of the product, and I sent them the photos then they told me to send the email from the registered Id, I told them I bought the product as Guest user, so I dont have registered user Id, on reply to that they told me they cannot proceed my request and still I havenot got any resolution of tthe issue

I want to return the product and want full amount of refund as I am completely cheated in this.
Please help me in this matter
