This chupchaplelo displayes one product while receving the product it dose not match which have been ordered and stuff is not so gud even it is torn on so many sides size does not correctly fitted. They cheat people dont wana buy any thing from this chupchaplelo. And i suggest others dont buy any thing from these fake people.

      Ordered leather jacket however they have send a fully damaged jacket.
      They are cheating people like hell stop purchasing product from them.
      After sending reminders to return the money they have told you should read the terms and condition properly before buying there is no refund for the product.

              You are a company which gives buyers fake products and refuse to refund the money. You have no shame. Then, you don't know what we have ordered even when we provide you with order Id. A lower & socks become a leather jacket . Completely uneducated staff you have employed. Maybe people from road. You are useless & have no idea how to treat a customer.                 I was order 2 power bank and one small ipod. And these three product I was order through chupchaplelo.com. i was completely surprise when I was check the power bank, both the power bank are fake. First is Samsung and another is Mi 11000mah power bank. The company mobile is not correct. This is fraud.

                  I have ordered new multimedia phone 31.01.2016. received phone today 04.02.2016. I was surprised about the original MRP rate RS.399 mentioned on top of my mobile when i opened it, also while i insert my both sims to check the phone, it was not working properly. My paying rate 699. almost 20 days trying contact customer care but no respond, iand i have sent already compliant to( care @Chupchaplelo.com) But no respons.
                  So kindly send courier of some other brand phone to my same address if i not get with in days other brand mobile. i will compliant to consumer court below documented Strong evidence.

                    I just recieved a phone call from chupchaplelo.com regarding my complaint that i made today about my order that has delivered wrong item. 1) he didn't asked me my order id or anything nor i gave it in my conplaint so they didn't confirmed it 2) he asked me the amount of order that i got i told him it was 999. 3) he asked my debit card no i gave it to him 4) then he asked the cv no thai is written on the back of my debit card i gave it 5) then he asked my pin no, do you people think we're stupid or something? I've recorded your call and that OTP message too now i'm gonna file a complaint against you in consumer court. Thanks for wasting my time

The quality of shoes was the worst and not only that, while buying they showed some other product whereas when I received the product, the colour and the design were all different and now I want to return the product and they are not picking up the phone neither are they taking it back.
