I ordered air orange green shoes casual wear. but the shoes I received were very different nd uncomfortable . I want the company to give me the original shoes or return mt money. customer care service is poor. no one picking the call. hoping for a replacement of product

The looks of the stuff i saw on offer are very different from the delivered one. I Placed an order from chupchaplelo.com (order ID OID53624 ) on 24/12/2015. The product was a pair of shoes. I received the order on 2/01/2016 but wrong pair of shoes were delivered to me. I wrote a mail regarding the same problem on the same day of delivery and asked them to return my money as the company 's return and refund policy states. But they have not replied till now. I also tried calling on there customer care number unlimited times but it always said that the user is busy on other line and no one replied. There customer care number is [protected]. All i want is to get my money back. Nothing else. The first photo is the one which is delivered to me and the second photo is the of shoe which i ordered and the 3rd pic is of the invoice.The 4th and 5th pic is of the the mail that i received when i placed the order and the 6th pic is the mail that i wrote to the company. So kindly look into the matter and take whatever necessary steps that should be taken as i have tried everything but the company officials have not yet responded to my mails also not to my calls. I received a leather jacket today which I ordered three days before and I want to return my jacket. They are not receiving my call and they are not replying to my mail. I want to return the jacket because the quality of the jacket is not up to the mark and the image shown on the Internet was different and the product is different and mainly the sleeve of my jacket is small order no. As i have already mentioned name of the product (OID58879) but i got a totaly different one and when i raised online return request, no action has been taken from company side and they sent a mail of closing the ticket, i reverted the mail with the same issue but they did not resolve my issue. Their contact telephone number is also fake as i have tried number of times but call is not going through. I would request to resolve my problem and stop these online scams.

I bought Mi powerbank, order no.OID46935. But USB cable is rusty and ports also duplicate. If I shake this powerbank I can clearly hear loose components sound. Also, I charged this fully it didn't even lasts for 1 hour. When I asked for return because they have 100% return policy. They denied because they delivered as described. Kindly take action.

One of the horrible online shopping i ever seen. I have placed an order fro a leather jacket (OID55970), after delivery i revived a product which not at all a leather and the fitting is not proper and color as well. I have asked for refund but they are not willing to do so. Up on that customer care no is not at all functioning. these guys want to make money by providing bad product, such a pathetic shopping.
