My name is bidesh goswami i have never joined cigna ttk health insurance company limited as an agent. I haven't done any business for the company but my pan number is showing attached with cigna ttk health in irda portal.

    Address: Badlapur west.

    Cigna ttk policy no. Prohlr[protected]. I have purchase new flat loan from indiabulls housing finance. Cigna ttk insurance and indiabulls tie up with together. They called me and signed insurance rs.92144 which addedd in open another loan account for insurance. Which not get any details with us. Then send policy for 2 years. And collect hug amount through premium which is very high than policy with othwr co. They didnt give any idea. And stolen hug amount through insurance. Please take serious action against him and try to give my money back. If you didnt any revert. Then i am going with consumer court.

      Sir suddenly my mother having serious problem so i admitted him in max hospital vaishali sector 1 but when hospital applied for the claim approval your respected cigna ttk company rejected the claim, because doctors of max hospital taken the wrong treatment and because our neighbours uncle dropped my mother to hospital in his own car and informed wrong to doctor about the patient because neighbour uncle also did not know no more about us they only know us or patient since 7 months he gave wrong statement to the doctor that's why doctor took the wrong treatment with my mother (Patient) that's why doctor written a letter to your respected manipal cigna ttk company. Which i attached below. Due to this our respected company rejected the claim to the patient on the behalf of wrong statement of our neighbour uncle to the doctor we waited for or 48 hours tu to approve the claim by your company and we waited for inspector which were come to know the patient condition in the hospital but after that also claim was rejected, after the claim rejection. Our agent (Rahul) said to us please pay the bill in cash your cashless policy will provide you all money so to this regard we have taken the loan of 150000 on the 10% interest urgently we give the all original copies of hospital bill reports discharged summary lama but our respected agent rahul didn't take/collect the papers from bank of maharashtra. The papers with the bank manager only for 10 days. Manager also called rahul to collect the papers from the bank but he didn't collect papers for 10 days we told him that we have taken the money on the interest of 10% but he he didn't pick up our phone call and whenever he picked our call he told us any problem with him that one day he has marriage anniversary next day he have his son's birthday and for next seven days he told us that his mother is admitted in max hospital but when i reached max hospital on that day he tell us that his mother was discharged just 2 hour before i reached the hospital. Now our papers is with the agent rahul he didn't give the papers to the respected manipal cigna ttk mediclaim company and right now he is not responding to our phone call please this is my humble request to you sir or mam please please do process of our mediclaim money case back bill because second premium date is about to come 2nd emi premium 10% of the 150000 rupees is more to pay as we are not belongs to a rich family and
      So we can admit my mother tu you good hospital and through your your bill money we can patient healthy living, now my mothers treatment is going on under pulmonology doctor deepak talwar in metro hospital because my mother's condition is so serious doctor deepak talwar wants to admit my mother in hospital but because of financial problem in our home we are not able to admit my mother in metro hospital sir please give some your precious time to my mothers case so he can live for long years with us because shortage of money we are incapable to admit and treat my mother in a good hospital sir please see our policy this policy number so we can receive our money through your respected mediclaim company so we can take care of our patient's (Mother) health.

      I hope you will take better step for us and for our patient.

        My mom was admitted in phionix hospital kandivali west due to chronic pain in stomach or spine. And I applied cashless facility for my mom.. And same time my father face stroke in Brain and I have admited to my father same hospital but this Diseases was not cover as per policy rules so my father claim was rejected. And my mom in same hospital treatment I going on and all query from mediclaim department are ok but at discharge time final ouput is came is my cashless will not accept due to my father cashless claim was rejected and not disclose previous history but when I brought the policy that time I already inform to policy agent to my father disease that time that guy told your father diseases will be cover after 4 year of policy approved.

        This is issue which I am facing and the same thing I am explaining to claim department and customer care executive but they only reading rejection remarks and cut the call . And I have my time call to customers care no one help me. They totally uses less care less people and at policy time they saying customer never face any claim issue but real-time totally different. But as per my experience this is totally worst mediclaim company. As compared other mediclaim plz my suggestions plz don't buy policy through online. Online guys are cheaters.

          Amt of 16251 deducted from the credit card and that too without letting me know and without otp today dated 14 feb 2020

          Last year i had a policy of 15839 from cigna ttk policy no prohln[protected] on 14 feb 2020 for 1 year for two persons assured under it.
          But now this year the amt of 16251 was deducted directly from my credit card without any otp or password.
          How could you people do this???

          This is really unethical work.

            Dear Sir,
            Greetings for the day!!

            As per the subjected my wife was diagnosed with Dengue Fever on 02.11.2019 with Hyper Tension from 03.05.2018 which we have showed and given all the documents related to that on while asked by BAPS hospital Surat and insurance company on time.

            We have done primary reports at nearest hospital named Apex Hospital Surat and they have mentioned Hyper Tension History from last 3 years on their consultation papers which is not correct and went to them for the correction but they have denied straight on face that they will not do that which is their duty while i showed them the first consultation document of my wife related to Hyper tension.

            Manipal Cinga TTK has rejected my Cashless facility while my wife was admitted to BAPS hospital for Dengue Fever Treatment and instructed me to file reimbursement of the same and on 30.11.2019 they have given rejection again on false ground that my wife has 3 years hyper tension history which was not mentioned while porting my policy from Appllo munich to Mainpal Cigna TTK insurance company.

            If it was true than same documents were submitted to them on first instance than why they have told me to go for reimbursement at all. Insurance companies intention was to harass me on completely false ground which is clearly visible in my case.

            While my wife was admitted to hospital and even afterwards all the ways they have harassed me mentally emotionally and financially on completely false ground by creating co-relation between hyper tension and Dengue Fever.

            Request you to please support me on this as insurance Company has intentionally did this first in cashless facility and afterwards reimbursement claim which is not correct at all.

            I have attached cashless and reimbursement rejection documents for the reference.

            Request you to please look into it and do needful.

            Hello sir

            Today and yesterday I have received call from marry and just now she told that they can not reimburse my claim as I hv hide details of Hyper tension of my Wife.
            There are plenty of cases where court has instructed that when person is living normal life with medicine insurance company cannot deny cashless or reimbursement on this ground and they are not ready to reimburse my money which I have paid to hospital. They told me that I hv hide details what I get by hiding at all taking hyper tension Medicine is crime due to their beliefs and on 31.03.2018 my policy has ported to them and they told me that all will be covered from day one and now what denial as their intentions are like this only reject and give Harassment to patient and their family so they leave the idea of asking for reimbursement and this is not the first time here in forum there are so many cases and example are there for this company...

            Now they are saying me that they will remove my wife from policy and rest two people are covered what kind of play is this being played by cigna ttk while I have payed insurance premiums for last two years they don't wanna talk about that part at all.

            Give me my insurance premiums back with interest as you are keeping my money from last two years with you against giving insurance coverage to my family i[censored] wanna remove medical cover of my wife.

            Again and again I hv stated them that my wife was admitted for dengue fever not for hyper tension at all. Dengue fever and hyper tension has no relation at all and can happen with any normal living person so what is the point in denying my reimbursement.

            Consumer complaint forum please support me I really need your support to sort out with insurance.

            Waiting for your reply once they sent me official mail about denial of my claim so I can submit documents here.
            Wanna go legal way on this company and suggest all people to stay away from this cheating company who want money only but don't wanna pay back.

            Legal bodies please help me what I can do on them legally to get what I paid to cigna ttk to get medical cover.

            Cigna ttk insurance company has not done our medicals while porting policy to them and now they are blaming me that I have hide facts of my wife hyper tension...

            It's your duty when any customer comes to your company to get insured and u hv to do medical reports before continue your policy... And in porting policy insurance company covers from day 1 so how can you deny me to reimbursement of my claim...

            Case study for your reference and if you still think that I will not gonna do anything than surely you think wrong and I am gonna ask for every single penny I paid to hospital and legal charges which will occurred from my side.

                Made false commitment at the time of availing policy. I have availed cashless mediclaim facility and even after providing all relevant documents from my cash less claim is delayed. Every new customer care representative conveys it takes only 90 min but it gets extended by another 2hrs and the story goes on. I am waiting at hospital for my claim to get approved, but it keeps on delaying and now it is more than 6 hrs... Pathetic service, no response, no resolution.. Worst company. No trust at all. It has previously also declined one of my family members claim and that is all because it’s representative have false commitment. All because of this insurance policy we are suffering. Even after paying regular premium our claim does not gets approved. No service. Fraud insurance company

                  Please find trailing mail as reference as since 17.07.19

                  As i requested earlier and found no resolution from your side, kindly refund my amount rs 33174.72 as soon as possible, which is been paid to you on 10.07.19 as advance payment for two years policy which is going to expire on 05.08.19. Since i already paid this amount in advance and my earlier health insurance policy from you is in force till 05.08.19 there isn’t any question arises of deduction.

                    It seems they are not interested in providing any kind of insurance, only what matters to them is to just loot the public.
                    If cigna ttk is not going to give any insurance, then atleast come forward and let us know boldly. Stop harassing.

                      I am swapan sarkar we have taken a policy of your company . when we take this policy then your companies advisor said this the term and accidental policy, but when i received this bond there was writeen this a health insurance policy those time we visit the branch and tall to your advisor name MR AHAMMED and MR SNEHENDU both are told that this is misstakenly you will received this bond we change the bond with in a 30 days and then tey submitted a application form and told me that when we received the new bond then you submit the old policy bond which was wrong but now days we cant received any bond more than six month we are waiting but i have not received any bond after that we are go to the branch but there was no person who told me actually this policy.
                      this is the totally miscommitment and miscommunication and fraud with me so my humble request to you please help me to this matter how we get the ammount which i gave for this policy i want to cancell this policy and my policy no is -PROHLN[protected] and my policy amount is RS-9539

                          My policy registered since 22.08.2015. The service of the company is very bad company's intention is always denial of claim. Event doctor certify that the deases is diagnosed after 29 march 2019 but still company rejected the claim. Medical report is self explanatory date mention on the report is also on april 2019.                             Would like to inform you that the reimbursement claim of suman sisodiya (Claim no[protected] is being rejected for a reason that the patient was suffering from breast cancer from past 3 year, but their is no past history of cancer which is clearly mentioned in the clarification letter by the doctor in which the cancer is first diagnosed on 29/3/19.

                            The customer was not in a condition to pay all the chemotherapy bills. Please consider the letter of doctor & help him to take the treatment.

                              One of third grade insurance provider, and cheater,

                              This just to highlight you, that we have submitted the claim of rs. 67728, since the cigna ttk doesnt have tie up with st johns hospital koramangala bangalore, which is one best known hospital in bangalore, so we didnt had cashless and gone for claim,

                              I had policy with star health insurance, for last 10 years, and i was quite happy,

                              But ithis time i thought cigna is offer good benefits, for health protection, i decided to go for cigna ttk, its nightmere this time, its pathetic to get the claim from cigna ttk. And service worst exprience,

                              There is 2 employee of cigna ttk bangalore name - vijay and chinmayee has come expalined benefits, features and hospital tie ups as well, they also confirmed they had a tiep with st john hospital bangalore, and ask her port the policy to cigna ttk and they promised will cover all the existing desease and illness, means it will cover every things under this policy from day 1 since this is a porting, then she told them that she has been recently diagonised diabetes type 2 but now she is normal, then they said no issue madam, we will take care, then she had finally agreed and go ahead with policy and also refferd her son and freinds as well, but after taking a policy more than 2 to 3 month she had felt uneasyness, and she has admitted to st john hospital, which very close to her house, since doctor advised her to admit., then mean time we found out there is no tieup for cigna ttk and mediassist, then immediately we tried reaching vijay and chinmayee, they not responded we get to know chinmayee left cigna ttk and vijay not picking call, at last we paid the bill of 67728, and got discharge,

                              After some time chinmayee had came and expalined me and collect all the document for claim and submitted to cigna ttk.

                              After submitting the claim we got email from mediassit saying that claim amount is 42036, then i called to call center get to know that in claim form is it has been filled 42036, so since this blunder has been done cigna ttk, so i request you to kindly consider all the bill amount for claim, since i have attched all the reports and discharge summary, and also submitted to cigna ttk, along with claim form, since this issue has been draging for last 2 month,

                              I sincearly request you to kindly look in to same and do on priority, this is very serious issue from company and its emplyee, it has to be transparent and service oriented, you cannot make to suffer your client, if this is not getting done on priority, then it has to be escalated,

                              Since this is hamering my relationship with client, and this is also not good for company like cigna ttk which is new and also want be good brand,

                              i will not let you keep my premium which i have paid, to cigna ttk to cover my health, if you are not able to give claim kindly close the company and refund my premium, its my mistake which i have opted cigna ttk, and i will also make sure that nobody buys any cigna ttk policy, since companies are cheater, i will be initing social media trend #bycott cignattk, and also going to print media and TV to highlight about how cignattk cheats thier customer, also discussing top lawer for file legel suit agains the company, so that in future no body get cheated by this company.

At that time he told me that u have completed 3 years waiting period so u can elegible for the annual health check up if you buy this policy. So after buying the policy he told me that ur policy starts on 5th april 2019 as i can fix your appointment only once the policy started(attached the proof of whatsapp conversation ) afterwards he is not responding to my message nor my calls.

                                  My father was admitted to fortis hospital mulund for a disease of distal penile stricture and proximal short segment bulbar stricture for which the surgery cost incurred for rs. 2, 46, 301. I am the cigna ttk prohealth plus policyholder for past 2years which went claim free, but now when i applied for the cashless before getting my father admitted, they denied the claim a day before saying its a pre existing disease, we had provided clarification from doctor as well regarding this. The policy inception date is 08/04/2017, and the first ever diagnosis for uti suspected (Which can be the reason for many other disease too) related to this disease was done on august 2017.
                                  We had to arrange the money and pay the money to the hospital somehow and then we contacted a few concerned people from cigna ttk and they assured us to apply for reimbursement and it will get processed.
                                  But, now when i applied for reimbursement by sharing all possible required documents from hospital as well as doctor's clarification note, the tpa has again repudiated the claim (Possibly the same reason of preexisting disease).
                                  Please help me get my money back as its a very big amount and the patient was unaware about any disease at the time of policy purchase so he did not falsely suppresed the fact. Request you to emphatically look into this concern and resolve this.

                                  The State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum enumerated guidelines which help in determining pre-existing disease:

                                  -The Disease means a serious derangement of health or chronic deep-seated disease frequently one that is ultimately fatal for which an insured must have been hospitalized or operated upon in the near proximity of obtaining the mediclaim policy.
                                  -Such a disease should not only be existing at the time of taking the policy but also should have existed in the near proximity. If the insured had been hospitalized or operated upon for the said disease in the near past, say, six months or a year he is supposed to disclose the said fact to rule out the failure of his claim on the ground of concealment of information as to pre-existing disease.
                                  -Malaise of hypertension, diabetes, occasional pain, cold, headache, arthritis and the like in the body are normal wear and tear of modern day life which is full of tension at the place of work, in and out of the house and are controllable on day to day basis by standard medication and cannot be used as concealment of pre-existing disease for repudiation of the insurance claim unless an insured in the near proximity of taking of the policy is hospitalized or operated upon for the treatment of these diseases or any other disease.
                                  -If insured had been even otherwise living normal and healthy life and attending to his duties and daily chores like any other person and is not declared as a diseased person as referred above he cannot be held guilty for concealment of any disease.
                                  -Disease that can be easily detected by subjecting the insured to basic tests like blood test, ECG etc. the insured is not supposed to disclose such disease because of otherwise leading a normal and healthy life and cannot be branded as diseased person.
                                  -Insurance Company cannot take advantage of its act of omission and commission as it is under obligation to ensure before issuing medi-claim policy whether a person is fit to be insured or not.
                                  -Claim of any insured should not be and cannot be repudiated by taking a clue or remote reference to any so-called disease from the discharge summary of the insured by invoking the exclusion clause or non-disclosure of pre-existing disease unless the insured had concealed his hospitalization or operation for the said disease undertaken in the reasonable near proximity as referred above.
                                  -Day to day history or history of several years of some or the other physical problem one may face occasionally without having landed for hospitalization or operation for the disease cannot be used for repudiating the claim.
                                  -Non-disclosure of hospitalization/or operation for disease that too in the reasonable proximity of the date of mediclaim policy is the only ground on which insured claim can be repudiated and on no other ground.

                                      Requesting you to take action on priority as following the issue since 22nd september but till date not has been resolved. Else i ll have to take the further action.

                                      I have applied below mentioned policy for my customer mr javed... Whose policy has been rejected by cigna saying that customer has not received verification call whereas customer has told me that he has not received single call. Now, i have applied policy thru policy bazar where my rm chandan sharma has told me that i can make payment from my credit card and later i can get it from my customer and so i have done tht on his insistance. Now on the other side, customer has lost his continuity as it was portability case, he has so much got annoyed and our relation got spoiled. Now, as per the situation, if cigna will transfer the money in his account which i have paid... It is for sure that he is not going to retun me... Requesting you to help me with my refund to my account only.

                                        I have received message from speed post, your is parcel delivered goregaon address on monday 17 th december 2018. I have call again and again to customer service team what about the my reimbursement, but customer service team not provide proper information. This person told your parcel not received yet, in our nothing available information available in system, we will transfer your call to claim department.

                                        Also claim department person told, we have not received reimbursement documents for goregaon office, i have asked her give me goregaon office. He was told number not available.
