Dear team,
My wife had admitted 10 dec 2017 to 12 dec 2017 in hospital due to wbc increase high fever. I have cigna ttk insurance. Last year i did not claim any amount.in september 2017, i renewed policy again.
I have submitted all document as per requirement after 7 days i got mail one more require letter from hospital for details of room type and price.9 jan 2018 i have submitted soft letter by mail that require by customer care. My token number for submitted document : 2990492 and my claim policy no.[protected]Patient. Name : urmila gehlot).
Since last month 9 jan 2018 i have coordinated with customer care approx.10 times every time customer care told me give me 2 days to process.

It has completed 1 month to submitted document status showing "awaiting information".

Cigna ttk is worst company.

    This is to inform you that I purchased Cigna TTK health insurance and Payment was made for purchase of policy, but till now I have recieved no Policy No. or acknowledgement from the company. I tried calling customer care, but they told me that they are unable to track my application. I have experience lack of professional behavior from Cigna TTK health insurance company.

      Sir,
      I complain in 20/1/2018, and many time call your costomer care, but you do not any replayed on mail.
      Many time i mail you, at last you call me 31/1/2018 and say you complain register. And cignattk customer care say me, i send you confirmation on mail before end of day. But at till time (11 am 1/2/18), i not found any mail.

      Date 24/1/2018 i call cigna ttk. That time cigna ttk say to me, your refund before maximum 1/2/2018. But no any reply on mail till date

      Many time i call your customer care no and he say to me sir your
      Problem solve with in 24 hours but till date not solved my problem

        Dear sir,
        I am ghufran salim cigna ttk healt insurance customer. I perched one policy from cigna ttk health insurance and the policy number is prohlr[protected]. I want to quit my policy because my agent miss selling me this policy for offering me a loan of rs 2lakh. My agent told me that if i invest in this policy the loan amount of 2lakh will be approve but i did not get any loan against this policy after 15days he told me there was some problem in process for loan so you have to pay another 15 thousand through cigna ttk health insurance that time i denied to pay any further amount then the agent started to avoid my call then i realised i am cheated by the agent. So i would like to request you kindly refund my money back in my account and cancelled my policy as soon as possible. You can contact me on [protected] for any further information.

          I am dipak chowdhuri cigna ttk health insurance customer. I perched one policy from cigna ttk health insurance and the policy number is - prohlr[protected]. I want to quit policy. Because my agent miss selling for offering me a loan of rs 6 lakh. They told me if i invested in this policy then i'm getting this money with in 45 working days. On that time i think that if i invested this money for that loan & got 6 lakh this is benefit for me because on that time i was need some money for my business purpose, the adviser who sold me those policy they assured me for giving me the loan, from that time i started my investment one by one & told me that regarding your processing there was some problem so that's why you have to pay another amount through cigna ttk health insurance policy, then after i got realized that i was cheated.
          I'm writing this mail because refund of my invested money, where i'm attaching all the supporting documents with this mail, kindly find the attachment & help me out from those cheater. I'm mention my registered mobile no - [protected] where you can contact me as your necessary..

          I am milan roy choudhury cigna ttk health insurance customer. I perched five policy from cigna ttk health insurance and the policy number is - prohlt[protected], prohlr[protected], ltprac[protected], ltprac[protected], ltprac[protected]. I want to quit policy.
          Because my agent offering 665456 rs/- (Bonus) give me within 45 days in my account against my fast cigna ttk policy. But they did not give me any such loan, bonus on that policys.
          So, i would like to request you kindly refund my money and cancelled two policy

                  I made policy in cignattk insurance company and made the payment of rs 12627.00 proposal no prohlr[protected] and i had cancelled the policy on 26/09/2017 and also given confirmation through mail itself and also send mail regarding this issue on 05/10/2017 and on 06/10/2017 also through mail then on 17/10/2017 sand a mail to customer care helpline also but till now my problem has not reslove and delay ing to refund the amount i had somany times called to customer service center but they are also not able to slove the issue it is already one month gone payment made so how long time is you want to refund the amount when policy making you company person given assurance that if you are not satisfied /interested with policy you can cancelled the policy and refund amount with in 15 days but but this case it is already 1 month still the company draging the matter and not refunding my amount why.?

                    Most disastrous and horrible service from cignattk for verification procedure while applying for new health insurance policy. No relationship manager, no contact name or any number for personal attention. Irritating and frustrating customers thro ivr calls and giving missed calls back.. No proper process, complete mismanagement. I suggest do not even think of applying a new policy. Absolutely bad service

                      I bought the policy through policy bazaar after thier recommendation for my mother with signa ttk. I had informed the weight and height prior to the payment, they caused great inconvenience and trouble for the medical tests after the payment was made. They reject the policy stating the reason of high bmi (Which was informed before the payment of the policy). Now i'm tired with repeated attempts to contact policy bazaar or signa for my refund. I haven't received any calls from cigna ttk either.

                        Warm greetings
                        This is to bring the following points for your information and early action
                        I k. S. Sastry former director (Engg) air& doordarshan/ mib/govt of india would like to bring the following
                        1) i was approached on 3rd august by your customer care executive mr ravindra nath/fakruddin shaik/some other two managers names i do not remember and discussed about the protect health insurance cover to be provided for me and my wife.
                        2) after prolonged dicussion, they convinced me to purchase the policy for one year
                        3) latter on mr shaik came online and convinced me to take the policy for 2 years, as it provides some 10% reduction in the premium
                        4) during the course of my discussion they only told me the benfits and never informed me that i have to undergo medicaltest etc
                        5) after i convinced i paid one year premium rs 43930/- through my credit card
                        6) another manger has come online told me you take for 2 years and convinced me to pay additional amount of rs 39633/-
                        7) accordingly before paying the money, i enquired once again after payment how many days i will get my insurance cover?\
                        8) he told in 15 days you will get the documents with all the information reg covering hospitals in our city including the diseases etc
                        9) then i decide to pay the additional amount of rs 39633/-,
                        10) accordingly paid this amount also through my credit card
                        11) after 2 days i got call from hyderabad that both o[censored]s to under go medical test on 7th august
                        12) then i approached again mr shaik what is this medical test
                        13) he told that you are aabove 65 years you have to under go medical test
                        14) ok, we both went to the suraksha diagnosis center and under went the medical test
                        15) then i received mail on 16 th august stating that your proposal was rejected and informed that my total money will be paid back to my credit card within 7 days
                        16) my points are as below
                        A) why all this fuss and blocking our valuable hard earned money of pensioner for about 20 days without any interest?
                        B) i feel if there is medical test before issuing medical cover why you have collected the money?
                        C) this has caused mental agony to the senior citizens?
                        D) further the total money will be returned to my sbi credit card, since i paid through it
                        E) this money will be blocked again in my credit card account
                        F) the entire episode looks like traping senior citizens and blocking their hard earned money for months together
                        G) i suggest not to entertain and trap senior citizens for this type useless insurance schemes
                        H) finally i request kindly send my money to my s/b a/c of state bank of india, so that i can use this money for better purposes
                        I) kindly take n. A and make arrangement to credit my total monet to state bank of india savings bank account, immediately, for which i am ready to share my s/b a/c details including ifs code etc to you through email
                        J) atleast do this if not insurance cover
                        K) kindly also include the interest at the rate of 3.5% (Savings bank interest) along with my amount for 25 days
                        L) finally i suggest exclude the senior citizens from your schemes
                        Kindly reply immediately the action taken by you and credit my total amount along with the interest to my s/b a/c

                          I am 78 years old widow living on my widow pension. With my little money this year march i purchased health insurance policy from cignattk. Before approving the policy the company tested all my health parameters and could not find any abnormality. Since i was not suffering from any disease, i have not declared anything. I paid rs 25000/- for the premium and the policy was issued. But suddenly in july, i became sick with blood pressure went upto 240 level. So as per doctor advice, i admitted to a local hospital. Since the hospital was registered under cashless category with cignattk, i told the hospital to claim cashless authorization. The hospital was very reluctant to accept cashless arrangement primarily due to delay in payment by insurance and also their payment will come under tax net. Still due to my insistence they filled up the authorization form and sent to cigna-ttk. Next day cigna-ttk wanted some more details of the disease. That time i was very sick, so i signed the documents brought by the hospital to be sent to insurance. Later cigna-ttk reject the cashless claim by saying that my disease is pre-exiting as it was written in the second set of documents (Signed by me in good faith) that i was suffering for last one year, when it was totally false. I feel cigna-ttk has some tacit understanding with their registered hospital to dupe the patients like this so that they need to pay the claim. Due to this rejection, i had to pay rs.8000/- as my hospital bill and cigna-ttk didn't pay a single paise.

                          I warn the public not to buy policy of this fraud company and cheated like me.

                            I took two policy from cigna ttk company. Which policy no. Procsh[protected] & prohlr[protected]. Second one policy is running from last two year recently this may i renewed this.
                            Under these policies i applied claim reimbursement but company reject it without brief any valid reason. I have done all the formalities which is told by company.
                            Now please do the needfull.

                              They have send me massage that they will send policy and tax money receipt on 2nd april 2017. But till today i have not received policy and receipt. I have sending regularly mail to them. They also replying that will revert with in 3 working days but i am not getting policy and also i requested to send my money refund that also they are not sending. Now i am sending massages last 4/5 days but they are not replying.

                                I spoke with Mr Burhan the customer executive he was helpful and he informed me to mark a mail to customer care

                                  I have been utterly disappointed by the services provided by cigna ttk, i was not expecting this kind of no response behaviour.

                                  1. I was admitted in an emergency at artemis institute on 30th june 2017 in the morning time.
                                  2. The hospital sent you an email for pre authorisation on the same date for approval of an angiography test.
                                  3. There was no response from cigna ttk whatsoever, except an acknowledgment of receiving the email. No pre authorisation number was shared.
                                  4. I was being released from the hospital on 1st of july 2017 in the morning around 11 am.
                                  5. Full and final bill was sent to you by the hospital by 12.30 pm
                                  6. My husband, naveen gulati made a call 3-4 times to the helpline.
                                  7. Helpline got connected after holding for more than 12-15 minutes
                                  8. Helpline gave no response and kept saying that they cannot help. (Why do these guys have help lines, if they cannot help)
                                  9. An email was sent to them.
                                  10. No response was given to us for cashless release
                                  11. I had to pay to the hospital at 5 pm in the evening and get released from there.
                                  12. Inspite of having cashless medical claim from the company, i was forced to pay because of your non responsive support system.

                                  I am absolutely peeved by the way cigna ttk treated me.

                                  I send many mails and talk to customer care but didn't get any solution.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      This is with reference to my policy no LTTR CC[protected] in name of Shambhu Sharma. We confirmed with one of your employee about the claim of the insurance amount and we were told that it can be done.

                                      Now after so much delay and personal verifications we are denied of our insurance amount. The patient was treated under the critical care -heart surgery which is allotted in the policy.

                                      It is not mentioned anywhere that if the patient is smoker or diabetic then we cannot claim for the amount.

                                      Your representative should have medically examined the patient before taking the premium of 1 Lakh Rupees., at the time of buying the insurance policy.

                                      Now we are feeling cheated and will have to take necessary action and take our case to Consumer Court .

                                      Its the worst health insurance company.
                                      They dont understand their coustmers prblms.
                                      Oll tym say we r trying to resolve the complain .
                                      Bt they do nothing.
                                      In my advice dont take any policy from them just a waste for money.
                                      Try some other company than this.
