I have purchased a policy from cignattk.
My son got admitted in the hospital in 27 september 2018.
He was admitted for dengue fever.
He was there for 6 days.
Now they are rejecting the case by saying manipulation done but they are not justifying it. I raised a query to cigna ttk grievances department for concern but not getting a proper response even customer care people not providing information.
Again and again they saying the same things but nobody justifying it. Because i submitted the same documents which i got from the hospital even i visited in the hospital and verified all documents doctors said it is the same which we given to you. I asked them to please send your executive to the hospital and clear it from there but neither they sending it nor justifying it.
This is like harrasment for me you people continuously torchuring to me.
I want to asked you one thing if you were there on my place and i would have given the same reason without showing or justifying it will be acceptable to you?
This is very poor service and like fooling your customer. Please solve my problem. I shall be thankful to you.

    I have purchased a policy from cignattk.
    My wife got admitted in the hospital im august 2018.

    Again and again they saying the same things recently i contacted to marry and she also saying same thing but nobody justifying it. Because i submiteee tue same documents which i got from the hospital even i visited in the hospital and varified all documents doctors said it is the same which we given to you. I akser them to please send your executive to tue hospital and clear it from there but neither they sending it nor justifying it.
    This is like harrshment for me you people continuously torchuring to me.

      Regarding policy #PROHLR[protected]

      They have asked me to pay for the loading amount, even after the reports were normal. So I refused to pay and ask for the refund and cancellation of my policy.
      Now it's been 8 days and haven't received any mail regarding the status of my policy or refund status. Seems like a complete wastage of time, in such a digital way, we need to chase them for refund is such a shame.

        Claim no[protected] and i paid bill to hospital then why company not paying money to me and it is disgusting service if i am purchase policy for health then why company doing this things. I will complaint at consumer court and i want reimbursement my money. And i talk with customer care but they are not replying properly.

          Sir, i cancelled the policy and asked for refund since i paid the premium on 27.8.2018 and no policy was generated. It was a porting case from apollo munich and the executive said the policy will be issued immediately. Later on they insisted for medical tests for which i have declined as i had no time. Now i have got two service request no, s[protected] and[protected] for which there is no response and no executive has called me till now for resolution. So please help me for refund of premium amount.
          I have now renewed my policy with apollo munich and have received my new policy.

            I had applied for Insurance policy of Cigna TTK Pharma Health Insurance co.on 09/08/2018. My premium amount was deducted immediately on 09/08/2018.
            My policy proposal was rejected but my refund amount as on date is not received
            As on date.Almost Nine 9 Days are over
            But i have, not received my refund amount
            Kindly instruct them to release refund immediately and cofirm amount credited to my ICICI Bank Credit card no.xxxx10005

              I purchased health insurance for my parents and in medical it got rejected and while taking the policy they told me that they will refund the money in 3 days due to any reason if policy gets cancelled. After it got rejected no body is responding. Literally cheating customers.
              No update is given if we call they are telling to wait for 2 days every time.

                Hi, i hold a policy no 10010000XXXX, i want to include my son name into the policy. Cigna TTK reject to add, but agreed that dependent can be added at any time while taking the policy. Cigna Sales agent has provided false information.

                Because of it, i could not utilize the policy for my son. I would request to provide refund of my premium Amount back.

                  I have purchase a health policy in july 2016 for my mother, unfortunately she got dengue fever and I hospitalized to Malik Diagnostic Center Panchkula on 19 Nov 2016 as doctor say platelet are very low. On next day he advice to get fresh platelet and somehow I manage donor and convert blood into platelet from Govt. hospital with paying their fee (Rs 8500). I also convey message to customer care when my mother get hospitalized. While investigating for more than two months still Company has rejected my Claim. While giving below reason:

                  The hospitalization documents suppress/ conceal/ misrepresent material facts about the ailment as per the documentary evidence available. Hence, the claim is not admissible under the policy condition.

                  The reason does not clear why claim has been rejected, after asking from customer care and grievance cell many time but they does not clear why it has been rejected and claim found to be fraud.

                  Many time medical office from their side from Chandigarh call me and ask additional documents and also visit to doctor bring some documents.

                  The additional documents ask by company was provided by me and they have acknowledge its confirmation, when they reject my claim I ask for documents they say we will not provide you, some time we are still searching, but till today I have not got any documents. Documents are original and I don’t have copy of that as I don’t know to keep Xerox of that, as I am new to that.

                  Company after investigation 4 - 5 month send me mail your claim has been rejected, still i don't know the reason

                  company has send me the below reason
                  (1) VIII.24. Fraudulent Claims ---- If any claim is found to be fraudulent, or if any false declaration is made, or if any fraudulent devices are used by You or the Insured Person or anyone acting on their behalf to obtain any benefit under this Policy then this Policy shall be void and all claims being processed shall be forfeited for all Insured Persons. All sums paid under this Policy shall be repaid to Us by You on behalf of all Insured Persons who shall be jointly liable for such repayment.

                  so don't buy any policy from Cigna TTK
                  also don't buy any policy from Easypolicy, i had purchase policy from their.

                    Policy no - prohlr[protected], manas kumar pal, sa 250000, dt of inception : 11/06/2016, appeal ticket no - 3856727 on 26.05.2018

                    Anybody do the health policy to get the support during health emergency. As of my case and issue is concern symptomatic diagnosis and treatment is due to the viral hepatitis type e (As per doctor consultation). Doctor's line of treatment and diagnosis is in my mail.

                    As per doctor, usg is a part of routine test like other blood test to confirm the abnormalities.in which cholecystitis is revealed. But, till then hcv, hav, hev (Igm) of blood report not come as no facilities was there (Network hospital in this area) to get the result. So report comes later which reveal the actual cause of my symptom.

                    Viral hepatitis type e treatment is very acute and doesn't relate to the cholecystitis and also its treatment only possible once viral infection come down. So doctor referred to surgeon for further course of action indeed.

                    But the company try to bypass or linger the matter with the issue of cholecystitis which is very unfortunate and injustice to the policy holder.

                    I do hope, i will get full support from your side to get justice.

                    As I have mentioned everything and uploaded all the details about the diagnosis and treatment in the FORM B part of Signa TTK network Hospital so there should not have any ambiguity in it.



                    As the case is that Gastritis followed by viral Hepatitis Type E is very acute problem and no way related to cholecystitis. It’s a finding from USG of WA treatment and treatment may proceed until and unless viral infection comes down. This should be easily understood by the medical term and no way of question of rejection.

                    But still they are lingering the matter.
                    so request you to kindly interfere into the matter to the justice at the earliest.

                      Parvathi customer is bearing certificate no[protected] from cigna ttk submitted reimbursement forms to the company. So no update from the company and the claim is not solved and their customers service is also very poor. I request to take the complain nd solve my issue as soon as possible.50 days back it has been submitted but so far it is not solved moreover when i call them they say that is solved but so far it is not solved i am wexed with their service s and complain ing you people.

                          Dear sir,

                          Please refer to my detailed discussion with your executive regarding purchase a new policy and he told me that company will get a medical test after purchasing the policy. After assurance of your executive, i have purchased a new health policy on dated 18.04.18 for sum assured of rs. 250, 000/- and i have also paid the premium of rs. 12, 436/- in respect of aforesaid policy. I have got the policy no. Prohlr[protected].

                          Yesterday i received an email from your good office that your company is unable to provide with the insurance cover applied in view of pulmonary tuberculosis for mrs bina jain i am surprised showing the mail that without getting any test or medical check-up or any other supporting documents, company has decided itself that co-applicant of policy is stricken by pulmonary tuberculosis.

                          I request you to please give me the proper reason/ground why my policy has been rejected. I am not satisfy the reason given in your mail.

                            I paid the renewal of my policy which actaually expires in may but on constant reminders from your staff i decided to complete same which is about 3weeks ago at least you could acknowledge on my email and send a soft copy.

                              I want to tell you that you have one employee name devendra kumar agency manager in sector 9 branch chandigarh. He used to convience people to start health insurance and give them money to get this insurance intiated by him. He does fake admit in hospitals and explains everything like you just need to admit for 5 to 7 days as per fake requirement of hospitals and get the 1 to 2 lakh amount from insurer company as yours cigna ttk and get this entire amount equally distributed between your enployee fake patient and the hospital which is added in your panel in chandigarh and nearby chandigarh. As he offered me this plan but i refused as i am government employee and i believe in karma. It is requested you that open an enquiry against him you will get each and everthing clear. You just need to ask or analyse the people percent how much people have suffered from diseases after his fake health insurance you will automatically get the large amount of numbers. As even the patients did not know for which diseases they are getting paid because this entire plan is fixed.
                              I never want this kind of # guy in my life as i believe in karma.

                              Please take a appropriate action against him.
