[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — 3 weeks completed, money not refunded back

On 18th Jan'2018, I tried booking ticket for movie "GANG" through CINEPOLIS website. Money debited but ticket not issued. I waited for 3 weeks(mentioned in cinepolis website), it been more than 3 weeks, my money not credited to my account.

No update from 10 days, it been more than 1 month my money debited. No proper response from your side. Y are delaying. I am processing according to your refund rules mentioned in website. My money not credited as well as no proper reply.

Cinrpolis VIP Magarpata Pune Screen3 D1 and D2 seats recliner not working 9.55pm show 10Feb2018. Duty manager arrogant and misbehaved with me.
Alternate seats not provided. Very unruly staff behaviour.
