[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — Food Bill Not Received Request Action as per Displayed Policy

Dear Cinepolis Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a food order placed at your Cinepolis outlet.

As clearly mentioned at the food counter, “If the bill is not received, the order will be on us.” After placing my order and receiving the food, I did not receive the bill copy. I waited for around 10 minutes and then personally returned to the counter to remind the staff to provide me with the bill.

Despite this reminder, I still have not received the bill copy to date.

This experience is disappointing, especially when a clear policy is displayed at the counter but not followed in practice. I request you to please look into this matter and take appropriate action, including resolving my case as per the stated policy.

I hope for a prompt response and resolution.

The problem is resolved. Manager had a talk with us and addressed the issue. Mr. Pavan and the staffs were co-operative and resolved the problem. Thanks for the team!
